  Either fools are running things, someone is making money off the lack of gas/power/electricity so is getting gov't cronies to keep delaying things, or we are just lazy.

  There is absolutely no reason why gas from the jubilee field shouldn't already be used. We keep hearing these pathetic excuses - the barge left, etc. We just need leaders with real vision who will actually get things done and not just sit around waiting for life to pass them by
