  Kudos to the chief of Oasis,Mr Adjei for sounding the well overdue call for gradates of our universities, especially those with business disciplines, to have the mindset, after graduation, to come into the job market with innovative ideas to create work instead of looking to be employed.I think the call was laudable and it breeds the hope that slowly but surely some leaders are sounding the right tones to inculcate in our youths to divorce themselves from the archaic notions of dependency.Then also it needs to be said that our capital markets should be ready to give necessary and adequate support to entrepreneurs to bring their ideas into fruition.
  It's heartening to read that there are some leaders in our country who are infusing such noble,positive attitudes into our youth and all others to help move our nation forward towards our ultimate goal of national development and improvement in our standard of living.

  The FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS,SHOULD ALSO DO THEIR PARTS,TO HELP THE YOUTH,IN GRANTING LOWER INTEREST RATES FOR BEGINNERS,WHO WANTS TO BREAK THE UNEMPLOYMENT CYCLE.
  INDUSTRIAL INSTITUTIONS,SHOULD ALSO CONTRIBUTE THEIR QUOTA,IN GIVING THESE YOUTH,ON THE JOB TRAINING,TO BOOST THEIR INNOVATIVE IDEAS AS WELL AS GRANTING THEM FAITH,MORALE(THE I CAN DO MENTALITY) TO USHER INTO THEIR NEW VENTURES,IN ORDER TO SUCCEED.
  
  AFRICA HAS TO START ON DOING SOMETHING,SO WE CAN DO SOMETHING NEW & NOW,
  ELSE,WHERE WE ARE IS WHERE WE WILL EVER BE,UNTIL WE DECIDE WHERE WE RATHER BE.

  FOR THE PUBLIC UNIVERSTIES TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS FOR NON INNOVATIVE PRODUCTIVE WORK SOUNDS VERY DESTRUCTIVE FOR THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF A NATION.

  IT IS TIME FOR THESE GRADUATES WHO ARE VERSED IN PRACTICAL TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW TO PRESENT THEIR INNOVATIVE PATENTS TO THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FOR SUPPORT TO THEIR INVENTIONS AND DISCOVERY.
  
  IF THEIR PATENTS WOULD LEAD TO THE PRODUCTION OF QUAALITY PRODUCTS FOR VITAL SERVICES IN THE COUNTRY, IT IS HERE THAT THE GOVERNMENT HAS TO COME TO THEIR SUPPORT BY IMPORTING FOR THEM THE NECESSARY MACHINES FOR THE START OF PRODUCTION.
  
  THIS IS WHAT CONTINUES TO BE PRACTICED IN THE INDUSTRISAL WORLD,AND WHICH HELPS TO STIMULATE ECONOMICGROWTH, CREATE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, GENERATE INCOME AND BETTER STANDARDS OF LIVING.
  
  JUST SIMPLY ENTRENEURSHIP LEADING TO BUYING AND SELLING NEED NOT TO BE ENCOURAGED ANYMORE IN THE COUNTRY.
