Stop the lies and trying to mislead the people , If you are in a marriage and at the drop of a hat one partner begins to talk of divorce sooner or later that marriage is over . if there is no respect , love but only theft , corruption, selfishness , greed then you know that relationship is over . if none of the parties involve have a vision , concrete plan but just sell each other lies to undermine or mislead the other then you know the unity is gone , we must call a spade a spade , ghana is dead . today the last institution will be tested for its credibility and ability to serve justice but i doubt that as word is already out not only in ghana but internationally that the judges have been bribed in to compliance by the ruling ndc so the last nail in the coffin will in place and from today no matter the verdict one should prepare to see either through war or other violence the birth of sustainable new states such as Akanland , gonjaland eweland fulani or hausa states . whether this happens in a few months or a few decades is irrelevant , this is the future the greedy mahama has ensured for us

We all know the outcome of the case before it is announced and one must be sooo stupid to believe it would turn in Akufo-Addo's way; they had no case at all.

A good speech! He said he has extended a "hand of peace", he called it, to Mahama. That's a hand of shame! Without realizing what he just did to his image, he will go down uselessly bad because no one would be looking at him with respect apart from his those who think like him.

Anyone who takes a matter to court hopes to have the ruling in his favor, and would naturally not agree with the verdict if it went against him. Hence his disagreement with the verdict. By this he means no disrespect for the SC, it must be noted.

It is however, refreshing that he has come out quickly to:

i. Concede defeat and congratulate His Excellency President John Mahama. This erases any doubt anywhere about the validity of President John Mahama.

2. Ask his supporters to accept the verdict and

3. Urged the two parties to put their differences aside and come together to build Ghana adding,
“This is the time for all of us to come together and work together to find solutions”.

I don't get it. I thought he said he wanted the truth and to strengthen our democracy. So how can he disagree with the judges when he went to court to find out the "truth" and this is the truth, that you cannot on the basis of clerical errors annul the votes of millions which were validly cast after proper verification. Is this too hard for Nana Addo to comprehend?

But they never headed for court knowing how futile that approach could be, Nana elected to go to Court twice in a space of five years and has been badly bruised. I don't think the NPP would give him another chance, which leaves the new NPP candidate an ardious task against Mahama in 2016. Nana you have not helped the casu of your party at all in these two failed court cases. Now it is becoming clear you are a bad loser.

He allowed those around him to make fortunes out of him in the name of bribing the judges, electoral commissioner, the press etc. All those monies landed in the pocket of individuals. We are therefore left with the barbaric option he turned his back to, calling his thugs to riot. Mr Akufo-Addo not resorting to violence does not set a precedence. It's simply abiding by the law.

My reasons are that due process was flout from the begining.
1.The incumbent President should not have been qickly Sworn in once a party objected to the elections result.
2. Therefore injunction order should have been placed on the result until the Courts Come out with their rulings.
3.In which Case it may reasonably not have taken the Court so many months to take a decision(delaying tatic and strategy).
4.Result was in Court But meanwhile making his Ministerial and Govt appointment alright etc etc.
So it was not normally possible as the above went on to revert the election result in any way. So the Supreme Court decision is good for the Country.

The security measures in place to deal with the trouble makers are tough so his supporters have to be careful otherwise they will face hardship situation in Ghana. Nana should retire and give others chance to lead also. he does not need to be President before he can build Ghana. let him do it from his political retirement.
