It wasn't unanimous and therefore it wasn't unqualified verdict or victory. Those of you who are accountants and auditors will understand the context in which "qualified" is used.

a)that the person next door whose party lost, is already sad and psychologically bitter. In that case, do not use insulting language and tone down drastically insinuations.
b)that the loser has a right to quietly brood over his lost. Your next door neighbor may not even be an NPP supporter and may belong to CPP, PNC etc. So the level of your noise should be controlled (from your sound system and 'jama' processions) such that he/she can have the peace of mind to recover from his lost
c)that you cannot jubilate forever. so don't over prolong your jubilation.

On the part of NPP supporters and sympathiser, you

1. Must accept the verdict of the SC.
2. Must accept also, that the winner next door has a right to outwardly express his/her joy, and must not be hindered.
3. Must not doubt the judgement of the SC so as to insult nor cast insinuations.
4. Must, if he/she is so disposed, join the winners to jubilate. This will help neutralise tension

Ghana is in a serious trouble, and one must ask if an electoral material which need to authenticated by signature,does not mater in the eye of the law, then n next election any body can fill out a pink sheet and dump it in the system to be counted. To days judgment, is an endorsement to fraud in our dear country, politicians and bureaucrats will steal, and this corrupt judicial system of ours will set them free, because, they are blind to forgery. This verdict will come back to hunt those judges who sided with fraudulent way to govern a country. How is it right to annul voting without biometric verification in other jurisdiction and vote 9-0 in another jurisdiction, you're all corrupt in this shit hole call Ghana. The best you could have done was to call a run off, but not this knee jerk verdict, which endorse fraud, shame onto you all so called intellectuals, for raping the poor to maintain your status quote, by sucking the blood of the ignorant poor, God will punish you all.

You know , respectful i have a little problem with this petition .. for instance instead of telling the court that they should cancel vote to be president , i would have put it to the court this way .. " asking the court to let us vote again in these areas because of the irregularities... but not to cancel vote to make u a winner .

This is not the hour for the Veep to come out with such comment when the country wants to heal from such disastrous election conducted by Afari Djan. Did Amissah-Arthur digested over his thought before spewing it out? Any government member in such position will not interfere with the ruling of the Justices but rather will come with goodwill message of healing to the entire country irrepective of individuals political leaning.

Now everything is over and we expect to see how you guys are going to clean up the mess you've created since Mills Administration that has plunged the country into such unprecedented economic chaos to bring back smiles on the face of the ordinary folks out there. Youths don't have jobs to dream about the future and majority of the folk's kitchen tables are completely empty with no food for their loved ones. These are what you've to think about than that silly comment of yours. Mr. Veep, you owe the country an apology.
