Everyone including the judges have a RIGHT to express their opinion: the judges have expressed theirs, other Ghanaians reserve the RIGHT to express same, otherwise we enter the arena of COMMUNISIM. I knew it and said before, the whole thing will end in chaos but good on Nana Addo and the rest for pursuing this petition and as we all witnessed the proceedings.any rational person who believes in fairness knows injustice has been done.
But why should anybody be surprised this is Africa where the vast majority of it's citizens have come to accept that nothing good should happen.

It took too long....Bush vrs Gore, Kenya 2012/13 and similar disputes were all resolved with days..The long duration created the suspense and tension that had the potential of exploding into violence or civil war...The Chief Justice and her colleagues needs to find a better way to handle such disputes and adjudicate quicker...If necessary, they can advise parliament to pass to mandate that such cases be adjudicated with 7 days of filing....If this is repeated every 4 years, the potential for war would be very high....Also televising was not a good idea....The court has to find ways Not to contribute to political tension....yes, we need legal reforms, that is not a basis for contempt...I do not think so..its a third arm of government and can be criticized as the executive and legislature arms are.
