The fact that they were three hours late could only mean that there was horse trading. The Compromise was that "Nana Addo and his supporters are too civilised to cause trouble if it goes against them". And they have been proved right!!!!

The judges had two good weeks in addition to holidays and weekends to sit comfortably in their homes to make their decisions from all the notes written during the 8 months of the proceedings. Atuguba is not straight forward. I knew this during times when he was so angryly reading the contempt sentence to Sir John as well as Ken Korankye because he felt that he had personally been insulted. God will judge/punish him very severely and all Ghanaians will see it in their naked eyes. In a few days, all shall not be the same again. How can a Supreme Curt judges be partial, prejudiced and bias? Time will tell.

My dear country men and women, I think we all that Nana Addo and His power drunk young NPP Leadership ignored the wise counsel of Ex-President Kuffour, Dr. Wireko Brobbey and a host of Knowledgeable and experienced Politicians and followed the foolishness and youth exuberance of the Children like Sammy Awuku, Sir John and Co. All these wouldn't have happened. I am also tempted to believe that all the so-called malpractices were tactically masterminded by the NPP so as to win the election by hook or crook. If they were declared winners, would they have come out with those pink sheets and what have you. Dr. Bawumia was the first to give them out with his "You and I were not there" witness. If you were not there and none of your party agents protested the results at the collation centers, how did you know from your room in Accra that some of the pink sheets, collation sheets were duplicated and not signed. Some of the NPP intellectual I think brought this idea thinking they can use their book wisdom to defraud Ghanaians. I suspected this considering the speed with which they came out with the particulars of the over 26000 polling stations all being NDC strongholds but two or so. Nana Addo, with all due respect behaved like the proverbial fly which followed the corpse to the grave. He also snubbed his gentle close friends and tied knots with the arrogant young boys which has brought him to where he is today. The battle was the Lord's and He has fought it. We should just let the Judges have peace and let each and everyone of us go back to work for Mother Ghana.

It is an ADVENTURE to save face of a political party that has demonstrated to all ghanaians its character; that of BAD LOSERS who cry foul from the mountain peaks anytime defeat/loss confronts them. NPP apologists have taken over the chatrooms, and later the will take over the airwaves, to attack the judges, who hitherto, but with the exception of ATUGUBA JSC, were their angels, perceived to be sympathetic to their cause because most were appointed by the erstwhile Kuffuor government. NPP, JUSTICE is not to be mocked, our lordships are not to be mocked, our judiciary is not to be mocked, our country is not to be mocked. The petition was only landmark in one breadth; the cost to mother Ghana of the uncertainty to our economy and the wasted 8 months of our time it cant repay.

The whole world watched from the begining till the end and like the Petitioner, we're amazed that people we have entrusted our hope for justice could be so calous and wicked hearted (because of huge monetary and other worldly promises - we're aware)to ignore the numerous sufferings of women and children and the entire nation to give suvch an infantile judgement.If they had conpromised their stance and therefore had an influenced verdit - I tell them all that the sufering on this land, every life lost and evry blood that had been shed to see this justice, every money money chopped will forever cry and be a CURSE over the heads of yours,that of your families and generATIONS YET UNBORN. You've lost our respect for good. Is there anyone on the land we can ever trust again! Shame on you!

From day one, I said this man must be watched. This man who wanted everybody to worship him during the court hearing (because he had been lucky to have free education by the toil of the ordinary Ghanaian). Is that all the best judges we have in the country?, then God save us. Listen to how he read the judgment. To me, even a class one pupil could do what he did. Nobody should fool us by thinking law is a technical area. The judgment they gave had nothing to do with technicalities. Even an illiterate person who watched the proceedings from day one could give this judgment, if that is all that one could say about the issues NPP raised. How could Atuguba dismissed all the issues raised. The so-called learned are fooling the un-learned. I am sure, something is wrong with African leaders. Which school did he attend? Who are his teachers? Who are his school mates? They should call to chastise him for a poor work done.

I sensed that when at the beginning I queried why the initial verdicts in the proceedings were 5-4 on many occasions(Overruling vrs Sustained issues) and it seems it was carried over to the final verdict.

I still cannot understand why the total votes of minority is more than that of the majority - a situation where 2 > 3.

All the same lets peace prevail and people must move on with their lives.
Peace in the nations is most important.
