Sir Kofi Annan, I would want to disagree on this note. Ghana is not Mahama or Akufo Addo. Even though the two individuals are the main contestants in the petition case; it is my strong believe and convinction that all honours must go the good and heartily People of Ghana no matter what their political affiliations are. The great People of Nkrumah's Ghana have once again exibited and established beyond all expectations that they have come of age and they are the ones who showed a great sense of responsibility and maturity by not taking to the streets when the moment of truth came. Further on, it is our nine astute judges who deserve much praise. They did a good Job. Awesome!

So Senior, I beg to differ here. You are still one of my favorite mentors even if I disagree with you this time around.

Look at the rot going on while those responsible to crack the whip to enforce the law look elsewhere. Ghana is a failed state and her future is like a crab in a barrel. It is impossible for it to crawl upwards and go free.

The corruption under this useless government is beyond reason with its Chief architect being the president himself.

THAT WHEN I TRAVELLED TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAT I STUDIED MASTER OF LAWS (LLM) AT PACE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW,WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK, USA) (1999-2000)

THAT ON MY OWN PERSONAL HARD WORK AND ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE UNITED STATES THAT I HELPED THE FORMER UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL KOFI ANNAN AT THE TIME I WAS HELPING H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH.
THAT I HELPED THE FORMER SECRETARY GENERAL BECAUSE AS GHANAIAN I WANTED HIM TO SUCCEED.
HOWEVER, EVERY APPLICATIONS I SUBMITTED FOR EMPLOYMENT AT THE UNITED NATIONS OF WHICH I WAS MORE QUALIFIED THAN THE CANDIDATES THEY WERE APPOINTING NONE OF MY APPLICATIONS WAS GIVEN DUE CONSIDERATION.
THAT PROMPTED ME TO CHECK UP AT THE UNITED NATIONS AND I WAS DULY INFORMED THAT THE UNITED NATIONS WAS OPERATING "A QUOTA SYSTEM BY COUNTRY SPECIFICS FOR HIGH POSITIONS" AND THEREFORE ME AS A GHANAIAN THEY CONSIDERED HIGHLY QUALIFIED THAT THE QUOTA SYSTEM PROVIDED THAT TWO (2) GHANAIANS CANNOT OR COULD NOT OCCUPY HIGH LEVEL POSITIONS AT THE SAME TIME AT THE UNITED NATIONS SINCE THE SECRETARY GENERAL WAS A GHANAIAN.
MOREOVER, SUCH POSITION NEEDED THE NOMINATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONALITY OF THE APPLICANT IN MY CASE GHANA GOVERNMENT.
THAT IF I WANTED THE APPOINTMENT THEN I OUGHT TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF MY NATIONALITY.
THAT THE ISSUE THEN IS "HAS GHANA GOVERNMENT NOMINATED ME FOR ANY SUCH APPOINTMENT?"
THEREFORE, IT IS MY RESPECTFUL SUBMISSION THAT GHANA GOVERNMENT TO REALLY IDENTIFY GHANA QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES THAT CAN REALLY BE AN ASSET FOR GHANA AND TO ALSO DO THE APPROPRIATE THING TO ALSO PROMOTE HIGH ACHIEVERS AND THOSE WHO REALLY CAN DELIVER.
