The General situation in Ghana is not perfect but it is getting better with the passage of time. Woyaya- Heavaen knows where we are going. We will surely get there. Failure is no Option.

And now there is Gyeeda, SADA, Nkonfem and name them. Thievery to unprecedented dimensions. Yet Ghanaians are clapping for the thieves. Our Chiefs collect 4x4 vehicles and turn a blind eye to corruption. Our people collect mini-cars and laptops and turn a blind eye. Forgetting that cars are driven on roads, and all the road projects are still hanging in the air. Because the meat is finished and its left with the bones. After all the Oil money and all the unprecedented borrowing. Now Ghanaian should go on and jubilate NDC win. Gas prices are already double. Fuel prices follows. That's the tool politicians use to suck on the blood of Ghana and until we understand that simple strategy, ndc will go and npp will come and do same or worse and nothing changes, you understand? Any good lawyer will tell you NPP had no case. Even REUTERS said Mahama was going to win. Sir John is a disgrace to the Ghana Bar Association. Any NPP activist could easily give his ballot from Kumasi or Aburi to be used together by another NPP fan registered in Odododiodoo so as to attain a situation of more ballots in the box than the number verified biometrically and then the claim over vote in court. Also an NPP agent acting as a Presiding Officer can secretly allow presidential ballots to be contaminated by parliamentary ballots even by a single vote or two and claim ignorance so as to take advantage of the situation and cancel results of the areas Mahama won. This is possible so how can NPP prove that the over voting was done with the knowledge of the NDC or EC or both? On this line of defence by an attorney honest judges will have no option than to truthfully arrive at 9-0. On the issue of signatures of Presiding Officers not being on the Pink Sheets it should again be 9-0 because Bawumiah was made to read five times in court about the EC law which states that votes cannot be invalidated if a presiding officer does not sign and all other party agents have signed. On Voting without biometric Verification it should also be 9-0 as NPP could not bring any hard evidence of someone who voted without being verified biometrically. They could not even produce anyone of that nature in their affidavit. Ghost polling stations should be 9-0 because the pink sheets of those stations had signatures of NPP agents and above all a letter to the EC from NPP informing them of an agent who will be manning one of those ghost stations. Initially NPP claimed the letter was forged because it was written on the 5th but received on the 3rd of the same month. However it was shown the letter was post-dated and a circumstance which can happen just like a post-dated cheque.
With the pink sheets, the EC is the author and reserves the right to interpret so the EC is the determining factor here and like they said "Codes and not serial numbers were used". The judges proved why some areas had the same codes as they were small and neighbours. Again 9-0 is the right answer. Now with duplicate serial numbers on Pink sheets it should be 9-0 as the serial numbers were from the Printing Press outside Ghana and had nothing to do with areas therefore no rigging or fraud. If a ten cedi note and a fifty cedi note have the same serial number it does not mean they are both of the same value or the ten cedi can be exchanged for fifty. The serial numbers do not come into play here, it is the 10 and the 50 which are printed on the notes that help identify the note and not the serial numbers therefore the identifier in that group called money is the monetary value and not the serial numbers. VERDICT is therefore 9-0 on all aspects. Sir John even if your parents ate worms to give birth to you, you should still be clever as worms contain a lot of proteins. YOU ALL NEED THE FREE SHS AS EDUCATED FOOLS. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE MILITARY COUPS HAPPEN SO THAT A FEW SLAPS WILL BRING YOUR SENSES AND GUMPTIONS BACK TO LIFE!!! Even the illiterates you were inciting to war will understand this. You are a waste of Ghana's tax payers’ money. ODODODIODOO is full of poor but clever and proud people and we trust NII LANTEY so be warned as we will pay you back for attempting to invalidate our POWERFUL VOTES!!!

The petitioners didn't bring the case to the court for the judges subjective opinion: The Law rather SHOULD dictate to us not the judges.

Does the law say Over-voting, voting without verification, unsigned pink sheet and duplicates serial numbers (intent to defraud) are ALLRIGHT and MUST be UPHELD? NONSENSE!!

From now on it's no big deal when all those irregularities occur in our elections. NOBODY will bother to contest on these issues in court again because the court has approved of them by their twisted verdict. Rather, future petitioners will resort to a better avenue they deem right to seek justice. Shame on Atuguba!! He's no judge but a crook and damn bias fool!!! History will give him a bad hair cut!!!

Mistakes and errors were made by EC and cant say because of that the votes dont count. Petition is one of the best thing ever happen in Ghana since independence, look how useless our EC this and Ghanaians for years thought they had independence and democracy. Rigging, double serial numbers, unresgisted polling stations how on earth will we have known without this petition.
I say thank you The Petitioners and the Lawyers for bring Ghanaians attention to the rigging and unprofessional our Electoral Comission is.

But looks like some of the judges were blinded by politics or tribe and hence voted on those lines. The detailed judgement may say otherwise but not sure 1% of the voting population will read it!!

You are a man of faith, putting tribal sentiments aside, doesn't it surprise you that our august judges did not find anything wrong with having the number of collated votes exceeding the number of ballot papers issued. If for nothing at all, I expected the honourable presiding judge and his colleagues to have vote otherwise on this particular issue. But alas, he has shown his true colours. And we all have learnt our lessons, that justice cannot be obtained where you expect to find it.

It is extremely worrying if this judge can lecture the nation about ethics and responsibilities and yet fails to get things right... OR did something not intended go wrong? Lets asks a few questions:
Was this 'mistake' unique to B Bonnie alone or were there other 'mistakes' on the judgement of the other judges? Were there other .mistakes' in the other category of infractions? (ie over voting and signatures). Are these 'mistakes' connected in anyway to the 3 hour verdict delay? Why was Atuguba fumbling with the reading of the judgement? (mispronouncing KPMG as PKMG among others). Why did they cleverly avoid and failed to answer the 2 conditions of whether irregularities occurred and if so its impact on the results? Did Atuguba not notice the EC's 17 fake pink sheets? Is he aware that the EC stood on the law to cancel some votes?
Was his mind already made up before the 1st argument was proffered?. Does he understand the law at all?
To get a feel for some possible answers.....let me help you ....just close your eyes and imagine Justice Kpegah as the presiding judge....yes I know...

Look at the chart of voting of the judges elsewhere on Ghanaweb. It shows clearly that 5 judges voted against all 6 issues in the petition. 1 judge voted against 4 issues and accepted 2 issues. 3 judges voted against 3 issues and accepted 3 issues. All those who voted to accept some issues of the petition asked for a re-run in affected areas. Crucially, they did not award the election to Nana Addo as he requested in his petition.

Overall, the judges were unanimous in dismissing the petition.

If THE VOTE is sacrosanct then calling for cancellations or annulments that seem to benefit one political party over another will be seen as biased.

I used to think that the Supreme Court would give a true and honest verdict. What I heard as many people across the world, clearly indicate that our justices cannot be trusted. Thursday's weird verdict by the Supreme Court has put a dent on our Judiciary; they've shown how biased our Judges and Justices could be.

How can they be describe as "NOBLE" when they'd close their eyes on the right judgement. These are the very people who've sworn by the HOLY BIBLE to uphold the truth in the Name of the LORD and to the State of Ghana. What a shame! Mr. Atuguba Co., have lost credibility if Ghanaians will agree with me or permit me to make this statement. Now the case is over; we have the right to express our views. The ordinary Ghanaian knows something isn't right! The Supreme Court Justices gave a wrong and crooked verdict!

Many Ghanaians esp. those in the diaspora are of the view that 7 (seven) majority of the justices were appointed by Rawlings and the NDC govt and that's why they arrived at that unforgettable verdict. Indeed Thursday's verdict will go down in the history of Ghana as a "Black Thursday" to be remembered by present and future generations.

The kind of mistrust and skepticism that expressed by some Ghanaians esp. when Atuguba started throwing his weight around, citing contemptuous expression by members of some NPP and NDC members. People are asking whether our justice system could be relied upon or trusted. Infact one does not have to be a lawyer to make right judgement.

How can any of the judges dismiss voting without biometric verification or unsigned signature by electoral commission's representative which is blatently against the Constitutional Instrument enshrined in the 1992 constitution? How possible? Even as Afari gyan himself has confessed that Mahama was an error president, a judge can still claim that Afari Gyan's mistakes were right. Atuguba is a thief himself. If atuguba who sentenced people to prison for merely commenting on the outcome of the election is caught lying before the whole world then he must be sentenced to life imprison.

Categories of irregulaties and the results of the verdict.
1.Duplicate of serial numbers on the pink sheets. 9-0.
2.Duplication of names and codes of polling stations. 9-0.
3.Ghost polling stations.9-0.
4.Over voting. 5-4.
5.Voting without biometric verification.5-4.
6.Unsigned pink sheets by P/Os. 5-4.
You can now see that none of the claims was upheld,the 6 categories were all thrown out by 3 (9-0) and 3(5-4)majority ruling that gives you 6-0 final scores.In Mathematics equation,it will give you (3x9)+(3x5)= 42 punches for the respondents.
The petitioners got only (3x4)=12 punches.Therefore 42/12 =7-2 margin or 42-12= 30 free punches in favour of the respondents.
42 punches to 12 cannot give you 5-4 margin as the Npp keeps describing the verdict,it's false.They lost by 7-2 in average of 9 judges but recieved 30 good unanswered punches in the belly.Thank you.

What the suprem court justices are puting on record is that if in the near future somebody allow to vote without the verification machine and ist been detected and protested that poling Station must go for re-run .
