IT IS VERY VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING THAT THE JUDGES OF THE APEX OF LAW APPLICATION BODY(SUPREME COURT) WILL HAVE TO BASED THEIR JUDGEMENT ON WHOEVER PAYS MONEY TO THEM. CLEARLY THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED THAT IF YOU ARE POOR YOU DON'T DESERVE JUSTICE.
AT THE ELEVENTH HOUR OF ANNOUNCING THE REAL WINNER OF 2012 GENERAL ELECTION, WHEN THE PRESIDENT HAD THE INFORMATION THAT THE JUDGEMENT HAD GONE AGAINST HIM HE SENT HIS AGENTS TO MEET THE AGENTS OF THE JUDGES AND GIVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO THE 'BEGGARS'(JUDGES) TO TURN THE VERDICT IN HIS FAVOR. AFTER RECEIVING THE MONEY THREE OF THE JUDGES REJECTED THE MONEY BUT SIX ACCEPTED WITH CHIEF BRIBE RECEIVER WILLIAM ATUGUBA LEADING THE CREWS TO TAKE THE MONEY.

REASON TO CHANGE 1100 TO 1400

BEFORE THE ARRIVAL OF THE MONEY THERE WAS SERIOUS DELIBERATION GOING ON AS TO HOW TO DECLARE THE VERDICT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY CONFUSION IN THE COUNTRY. ALL THE NINE JUDGES WERE/ARE WELL AWARE AND 100% CONVINCED THAT NANA ADDO DANKWA AKOFO-ADDO WON THE ELECTION WITH VAST MARGIN. BUT BECAUSE OF FEAR OF INTIMIDATION, THREAT, ''MANY WAYS TO KILL A CAT'' FROM RULING GOVERNMENT, THE VERDICT WOULD HAVE TO BE DIVERTED IN FAVOR OF THE LOSER OF THE ELECTION.

For Tsatsu Tsikata to call somebody bias because of his appointment by a political opponent denotes the polarised thought of these NDC people: They are so jaundiced in ideation it sucks...also, Tsatsu's statement shows the vengeful heart of an unrepentant soul, accusing a Supreme Court Judge in public knowing he cannot defend himself in the media.

Tsatsu Tsikata is indeed an enigma: A man who acted as legal Advisor to J. J. Rawlings in all his years of ruling Ghana...and therefore the founder of all the Legal Machinery of the Revolution: That even established a Public Tribunal System to rival the country's Judiciary System: A man who singularly drafted and promulgated PNDC Decrees from 1982 to 1992 to rule us in a Dictatorship, that freely abused the rights of so many individuals in their Tribunals, Vettings and Investigation Committees that Confiscated Private Properties that they shared amongst themselves.

A one man law who acted with his Uncle Kojo Tsikata to carry out Extra-Judicial Killings of High Judges for the same reason he professes here against another Senior Judge Anim Yeboah, just because he did not share the legal opinions of Tsatsu tsikata, the most intelligent Lawyer of Ghana of all time?

FIAFFITOR Tsatsu is not ashamed to refer to his own criminal case: He mentions without shame his IFC sordid lies: That the IFC advised him to divert monies earmarked for Oil Exploration to invest the $4.2 Million in the non existent Valley farm projects? But then where is the money from the State of Ghana: What did Tsatsu tsikata do with Ghana's Money? Is Anim Yeboaf also not a Ghanaian? Are ewes now better than Asantes? 'Tofiakwa'...As the Fantes would say -"wo noa no den na wo annben?" Is Anim Yeboah not a Ghanaian, Tsatsu Tsikata?

Tsatsu admonishes Anim Yeboah and leaves alone Northerner Atuguba, a Brother to the Executive Secretary of the President, and seen in public pictures sitting and canoodling with Asiedu Nketia and other NDC leaders. What about him, and his decisions in this case? Who appointed Atuguba?

What Tsatsu and all these NDC people know best are tribalism, divisionism; paranoia; lies and bigotry.

We are watching them...as they belabour to rule Ghana!

Do we have to assume Atuguba and other Judges who voted to throw away the Petitioners case did so because they were made Supreme Court Judges by NDC Presidents Rawlings and Mills as Sir John is saying?

What about the Judges nominated to the Supreme Court by Kuffour who sided with Mahama? Tsatsu's analogy is infantile and juvenile for a lawyer who wants to be known as a genius.

Justice Anin Yeboah was appointed by President Kufuor and therefore voted for NPP petitions. Granted!! By the same logic, would Mr. Tsikata accept that, Justices Atuguba, Gbadegbe, Akoto Bamfo voted for the respondents because they were appointed by Mills and Rawlings? Would he also accept that Atuguba's relative is the Chief of Staff of the President so he voted accordingly? And that Adingira might have voted because of ethnic affiliation? We have been made to believe Mr. Tsikata is a luminary legal mind but now we know, "All that glitters is not gold", he is just another ordinary average lawyer who given a chance on the bench would rule with his prejudices and caprices and not by the basic tenets of jurisprudence.

When Tsatsu became a convicted criminal, a certain former supreme court judge called Kpegah (remember him?) was responsible for ensuring that Tsatsu's name was removed. But what happened? Nothing...Now he has the nerve to say these things... And...
Atuguba, that pompous and overly self important justice has ambitions to become the next chief justice. Since this hearing, he has voted a particular way and even voted against the petitioners after Addison had withdrawn an issue. (is Tsatsu aware of this?)
It is extremely worrying if this judge can lecture the nation about ethics and responsibilities and yet fails to get things right... OR did something not intended go wrong? Lets asks a few questions:
Was this 'mistake' unique to B Bonnie alone or are there other 'mistakes' on the judgement of the other judges that is yet to come to light? Are there other .mistakes' in the other category of infractions? (ie over voting and signatures) that the public is not aware? After 15 days break for the judgement, why on earth were they late for 3 hours? Are these 'mistakes' connected in anyway to the 3 hour verdict delay? Why was Atuguba fumbling with the reading of the judgement? (mispronouncing KPMG as PKMG among others). Why did they cleverly avoid and failed to answer the 2 conditions of whether irregularities occurred and if so its impact on the results? Did Atuguba not notice the EC's 17 fake pink sheets? Is he aware that the EC stood on the law to cancel some votes?
Was his mind already made up before the 1st argument was proffered?. Does he understand the law at all?
To get a feel for some possible answers.....let me help you ....just close your eyes and imagine Justice Kpegah as the presiding judge....yes I know...

I have always read news on Ghanaweb and peoples comment and the way some of us handle issues here it look as if we are illiterates, I was watching the hot issue show on tv3,And that was not what he said, I know Sir john was agree because Mr Tsikata used him as reference where lawyers of the bar saying things which are not good about the Judges, I think that was the main reason why this man is saying that, Tsikata did not said anything like the way Sir John is preaching out here, Please when something is posted here we should not jump into conclusion but found out things our self before we have any comment then we give out. Any NPP activist could easily give his ballot from Kumasi or Aburi to be used together by another NPP fan registered in Odododiodoo so as to attain a situation of more ballots in the box than the number verified biometrically and then the claim over vote in court. Also an NPP agent acting as a Presiding Officer can secretly allow presidential ballots to be contaminated by parliamentary ballots even by a single vote or two and claim ignorance so as to take advantage of the situation and cancel results of the areas Mahama won. This is possible so how can NPP prove that the over voting was done with the knowledge of the NDC or EC or both? On this line of defence by an attorney honest judges will have no option than to truthfully arrive at 9-0. On the issue of signatures of Presiding Officers not being on the Pink Sheets it should again be 9-0 because Bawumiah was made to read five times in court about the EC law which states that votes cannot be invalidated if a presiding officer does not sign and all other party agents have signed. On Voting without biometric Verification it should also be 9-0 as NPP could not bring any hard evidence of someone who voted without being verified biometrically. They could not even produce anyone of that nature in their affidavit. Ghost polling stations should be 9-0 because the pink sheets of those stations had signatures of NPP agents and above all a letter to the EC from NPP informing them of an agent who will be manning one of those ghost stations. Initially NPP claimed the letter was forged because it was written on the 5th but received on the 3rd of the same month. However it was shown the letter was post-dated and a circumstance which can happen just like a post-dated cheque.
With the pink sheets, the EC is the author and reserves the right to interpret so the EC is the determining factor here and like they said "Codes and not serial numbers were used". The judges proved why some areas had the same codes as they were small and neighbours. Again 9-0 is the right answer. Now with duplicate serial numbers on Pink sheets it should be 9-0 as the serial numbers were from the Printing Press outside Ghana and had nothing to do with areas therefore no rigging or fraud. If a ten cedi note and a fifty cedi note have the same serial number it does not mean they are both of the same value or the ten cedi can be exchanged for fifty. The serial numbers do not come into play here, it is the 10 and the 50 which are printed on the notes that help identify the note and not the serial numbers therefore the identifier in that group called money is the monetary value and not the serial numbers. VERDICT is therefore 9-0 on all aspects. Sir John even if your parents ate worms to give birth to you, you should still be clever as worms contain a lot of proteins. YOU ALL NEED THE FREE SHS AS EDUCATED FOOLS. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE MILITARY COUPS HAPPEN SO THAT A FEW SLAPS WILL BRING YOUR SENSES AND GUMPTIONS BACK TO LIFE!!! Even the illiterates you were inciting to war will understand this. You are a waste of Ghana's tax payers’ money. ODODODIODOO is full of poor but clever and proud people and we trust NII LANTEY so be warned as we will pay you back for attempting to invalidate our POWERFUL VOTES!!!

Our most esteemed Justices have given a verdict, effectively sustaining the position of the EC on the declaration of the dec'12 elections, in-spite of all the evidence adduced, which for the most part were seen and deemed to be frivolous and without merit. The issues facing the country keeps on getting worse and extremely precarious for the millions of Ghanaians, who do not have ready access to the national kitty, for which there's an unwritten code by the Mahama-Amissah Arthur administration, to deplete by reckless abandon, and use this election petition case, as an excuse, for their ineffectiveness, when the constitution stipulates that, whatever, the contested President does, would be without prejudice. Ten teacher training colleges in every region of Ghana, two international airports in the southern and northern sectors of the country, a world class university in the Eastern region, the creation of 10 million jobs, etc, etc are all issues begging for attention. Ghanaians need a formidable opposition with the right characters to put the gov't on it's toes and demand accountability on behalf of the voiceless, to prevent the looting and humongous thievery that has plagued our gov't systems, with the result that, nothing is working in the country. Ghanaians are looking for substance and not this browbeating and mediocre attitude towards the fundamental issues militating against our progress as a nation. Every Ghanaian who watched proceedings at the supreme court would have something for or against the issues that were raised and for some of us, this petition presented a perfect opportunity to strike a strong, decisive and incisive blow to the political demagoguery, mediocrity, impunity and coercion and manipulation that has characterized our political processes since the inception of our democratic dispensation. However, this was not to be. This petition should serve as a wake up call and a warning to our politicians to get their act together and also get it right. The rot, malfeasance, and plain villainy is untenable and has repercussions for the safety and stability of the nation, with an increasing, strong and youthful population who do not see any direction, opportunity and hope for their future under the highly inept, incompetent and unimaginative gov't of the NDC party headed by John Mahama, the contested President.
