I'm sure the NDC draped the Injustice Supreme Court judge, Atuguba has heard this contemptuous statement by this wife snatcher, ex-convict and thief Tsatsu Tsikata attacking one of the members of the panel who judged the petition. If he has heard it, what is he doing about it. Is he going to call this ewe thief to face justice like he did to Sir John or he's going to allow his comment pass under the carpet? From day one we all knew the position of this stupid judge Atuguba who was proved by his demeanor and actions as an NDC member. This tribalist judge deserves nothing but, deserves to be sent to his early death like the predecessors of the NDC did to his colleagues sometime past and burnt to remove his existence. He's not fit to be called a judge and he's a big disgrace to the judiciary. Just compare the sentence he handed to Ken Kuranchi who only criticized the court's decision and that of Atubigi who challenged to authority of the court? We are watching him.

Tsikata's comments and behaviours is contemptuous and needs to be disciplined by being struck off from any legal practice in Ghana. Failure to punish Tsikata means all the noise and so-called discipline that ATUGUBA showed during the trial process were sheer power play an bullying on innocent Ghanaians.
Why Tsikata needs to be disciplined?
1. Considering his profession as a lawyers, he should not in the manner he is doing now criticise his colleague the way he is going about. He could have raised this issue in the trial process but he refused to, hence he better hold his peace.
2. Tsikata previous CRIMINAL CONVICTION clearly disqualifies him from practising his profession as this conviction seems to have destroyed him and damaged his integrity which is the result of revenging on Justice Anim.
3. Tsikata cannot exercise integrity and unbiased attitude towards anyone who has sympathy for the NPP. So Tsikata is allowed to practice his profession, he will judge biasedly anyone brought before him who has some sympathy or affiliation to the NPP, hence, the cloud mentality of Tsikata will NOT ENABLE HIM TO PRACTICE THE INTEGRTY REQUIRED IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION.
It is a shame that someone with a lack of integrity was re-licensed AFTER CRIMINATIAL CONVICTION TO PRACTICE LAW AGAIN. It is like re-admitting a murderous medical doctor to practice again on patients.
Where are the controls and accountability in Ghana? Our behaviour in Ghana is like JUNGLE LIVING, NO CONTROL MECHANISMS. Those who re-licensed Tsikata must be disciplined too.

The incarceration has damaged and destroyed the man's conscience, hence he is looking for avenues o vent his revenge. This has clouded his conscience and integrity.
In a well managed and controlled country this man will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE LAW AGAIN AS HIS UPRIGHTNESS AND INTEGRITY IS COMPROMISED. He even exhibited some of the damaged integrity in the courtroom during the 2012 Election Petition trial.
People like you must argue objectively if your level of intellect will allow you to otherwise you have to keep mute on intellectual and professional issues.

Tsikata's case of causing financial loss to the state was too difficult for incompetent judiciary under the Executive watch of Kuffuor to handle so the reason why it is pending in court.

Tsatsu still remain the Best Brain in Law in Ghana and this, he demonstrated in his cross examination where most law students have taken notes.

Did you not see at one point he put it to Bawumia that his knowledge of the constitution was very poor yet he is viewing and challenging to become vice president of Ghana?

When Tsikata said the petitioners case was poor in Logic and arithmetically weak porous, has that not come out to be true where we have indeed seen the petition through out of the windows of the supreme court? What do you then wanted to know or believe again? Or you are also clouded with your political affiliation to make unjustifiable arguments here?

Anim Yeboah was said have taken a stance opposing every argument by lawyers of the NDC from the onset and yet people cannot understand this simple statement and have rather cherry-picked sections of Anim-Yeboah's vote for the second respondent to make illogical loud noises.

Cases Anim-Yeboah voted for the respondent were such that he could not have sold his conscience for voting otherwise, meaning he had no choice.

But Tsikata was spot-on as in three of the votes Anim-Yeboah was persistently using his political Affiliation of the NPP to cloud his judgment. How can a SC Judge use the immunity status of IMF, a complete organisation to form an opinion on another with entirely different immunity status, Tsatsu queried?

It goes to show that the supporters of Anim Yeboah lacks understanding and Tsikata could not have said it better.

Mr. Tsikata should have addressed his concerns (IF AT ALL) using legal arguments/analyses and not use such 'sweeping' and 'emotional' statements to address such a "touchy" issue. With his comments, Mr. Tsikata has demonstrated very little legal maturity and tact and that is very sad for a man of his calibre.

How do we explain the events of August 29, 2013? Shall we call it the day of infamy or the day Ghana died? The truth must be told by all the judges as to what happened from 8 am to 1 pm when the nine judges were all together. I am prepared to die or to be incarcerated for life for challenging this unexplained episode. How does one explain the complete overshadow of a transparency process with an opaque conclusion which produces a bizarre outcome which can only be explained as a travesty of justice. How does a transparency process produce an opaque outcome which makes a mockery of the transparency process and the rule of law and justice?
Was there blackmail? Were judges threatened? Were judges paid bribes to sell their consciences and their nation? Was there interference or obstruction of justice and who was involved and why was this made to stand? Are the three noted personalities really involved in this criminal obstruction of justice? Surely the people must know. We hear rumors and rumors because those who know are not talking and those who are talking may not know. This creates problems for the future which may shake the foundation of this country. We deserve to know the truth. No more lies. No more “nkontompo””
Ghana has witnessed a farce of a dangerous nature. The presence of criminal elements in the judiciary has been exposed. A clean process was caught in the cultural web of lies, deceit and corruption. In the end Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, Dr. Bawumia and Jake saw their civil and human rights abused by the very institution and system set up to protect them. If persons of these capacities can see naked abuse, what is left to the common man? Why do we have criminal justice system in Ghana now? It is time to release all the prisoners. This is because the real criminals are now in charge of the nation.

He sat on the election petition and he almost always showed his opposition to common sense and reasonable doubt. How can any sensible and honorable judge use another company's immunity statement to support a decision he makes in a case involving a totally different company so as to accomplish a Kuffour government agenda of putting an innocent man in jail? Why did he not let the IFC boss testify on whether Tsatsu took the decision on his own or did he truthfully do that after consultation with the head of the IFC? The head of the IFC was willing to come to Ghana or even issue an affidavit.He was not allowed. This is someone who is not qualified to be a fair man let alone a supreme court judge. In the just ended election petition how can a judge order a re-run when he/she cannot imitate the circumstances and conditions, be it political, economic or otherwise including bringing the sick, the emigrants and the dead back of that day/days in the 2012 elections to re-vote in 2013 because of a situation of a single digit over-vote. Do you think people live by elections alone? The political and economic atmosphere has changed so much that a re-run will only favour the opposition NPP so it is only a biased judge like him that will order a re-run. Anim Yeboah thinks all people vote on political affiliations even when things are not looking good. NO!!! They do not think like him (Yeboah) so he needs to be struck off all cases and retired. The NPP sir johns started to attack Tsatsu without understanding the english he spoke as they kept translating it into TWI and speaking Twi-English to reply rather than proper english grammar. The same mentality that made them rush to court without consulting a lawyer. NO WONDER THEY LOST IN COURT AS THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE RULE OF LAW!! How can a judge consider the annulment of votes in an NDC stronghold where the over vote is 1 and in terms of percentages the winning party won with a majority of just over 88%. Even if the over vote is multiplied by 10 and subtracted from the total votes of the winning party and given to the losing NPP, they still get just over 9%. In the Ashanti region there were more over votes than any other region. Had the pink sheets of those polling stations been brought before him, would he have declared those results null and void and gone ahead to order a re-run? Why didn't he ask his TWI gods why they were being selective and discriminatory? Is it because he has those same tribal traits? A very prejudiced and hate-filled tribal animal.SILLY BIGOT!! Just play the tape of the proceedings and make your judgement. One female on the bech never asked questions of Mr Addison except that she constantly tried to attack the NDC legal team and trying to fine-tune Mr Addisons submissions or questions. Also finsd out her voting pattern on contentious issues. But I do not blame her I watched her from here in Nigeria but I predicted to my friends where her sympathy was and indeed it came to pass. Let us all accept the verdict and move on. On this forum there have been arguments that Mr Tsatsu Tsikata was jailed because he caused financial loss to the state,but I maintain that it was politically motivated otherwise why should IMF law be used instead of that of the International Finance corporation to adjudicate a case when the case had no connection to the IMF? Let legal minds argue on the point raised by Mr Tsikata who is right to be bitter because the judge might have actually abused his oath of office. Tatsu's conduct in court as it happened on different occasions clearly amounted to contempt but were ignored by Atugugba as the are all Ndc bedfellows. Nana'Akuffo's stance has sought to bring peace and this must be respected. Tsikata ought to be called to order for contempt !
