Just consider how much money is available to the NDC gov,{Oil, cocoa, gold, loans etc} This huge money is not tickling down to the majority of people living in the villages, it is in the hands of politicians and their cronies like Woyomi. The least sign of trouble they fly out for refuge abroad where they have mansions and large sums of monies in pseudo names. If you are one of them or an associate then to hell with you, but if you are just a supporter then think twice because our life expectancy, standard of living, health care, education etc are all very poor and need to improve so we can't look on why the people we employ are just beating about the bush.

However, most of the pleadings by the petitioners were bogus so no Judge will sell his/her conscience for voting something that was without fact or illogical. This was a case Anim-Yeboah was accused and exposed of his affiliation to Kuffuor's league of thieves.

The idiot thinks he won a case, but not true if the judges were judging over voting and lack of responsible by EC Nana Addo would have been made the president. In this case yhe judges couldnt change the decision of EC because the rigging and error found in the election could have favoured Nana Akufo or John Mahama and in order for peace the judges decided to let John Mahama continue.
Its will be very hard for ghanaians if we had to change our president in the middle of the term.
We all now know how stupid and corrupt our EC is, Nana Addo and NPP should be very proud of themselfs for being the Petition to SC. NPP did loss the SC case but the judges worked hard using their heads to bring peace in the country.
John Mahama will go in history as the president who never won the election but made the president with errors and rigging in the EC.

ALL NATIONS IN AFRICA WHO ACTUALLY CONSULT GHANAIAN JUDGES TO SETTLE THEIR VARIOUS CASES MUST SEIZE TO TRUST ANY JUDGE IN GHANA. THE NINE JUDGES HAVE ACTUALLY DISGRACED THEMSELVES AS WELL GHANA.
THE JUDGES WERE TOO FOOLISH AND STUPID THAT IF THEY KNEW THEY WOULD NOT BE FAIR THEN THEY SHOULDN'T IN ANY WAY TELECAST THE HEARING. THE WHOLE WORLD WATCHED AND SAW WHAT HAPPENED. IT IS ONLY FOOLISH JUDGES SUCH AS THE NINE JUDGES ALONE WHO CAN DECLARE SUCH VERDICT ON SUCH A CASE.

FELLOW GHANAIANS LEARN FROM ME THAT THE JUDGES CANNOT PUBLISH THE DETAILS OF THEIR VERDICT NOW BECAUSE IT IS NOT YET READY. THEY ARE NOW PREPARING THE PRONOUNCED VERDICT TRYING TO MAKE NEW LAW TO BACK IT.
ATUGUBA WITH ALL THE MUCH EXPERIENCE HE HAS IN THE SEAT HE WAS SHIVERING ON 29/08/2013 WHEN HE WAS READING THE SIX (6) MINUTES VERDICT. IF THEY KNOW IT WAS THAT TINY VERDICT WHY DID THEY KEEP THAT LONG FOR WHAT.
JUSTICE WILLIAM ATUGUBA PROMISED 1 HOUR FOR THE DETAILS OF THE VERDICT TO BE PROVIDED BUT IT IS NOW ABOUT 78 HOURS THERE IS NO SIGN OF IT. THIS IS A BIG DISGRACED TO THE RULE OF LAW.
WHETHER WE ALL ACCEPT TO HELP THE PRESIDENT OR NOT MR JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA CAN NEVER DO ANY GOOD THING FOR GHANA. HE IS DAMN USELESS.
THE CRIES OF ALL THE ORPHANS, FATHERLESS/MOTHERLESS CHILDREN, DISABLED, PEOPLE FROM ACUTE POOR HOMES, RELIGIOUS PEOPLE(CHRISTIANS, MUSLIMS, HINDUS, BUDDHISTS ETC)WHO FIND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET FOOD HAVE REACHED HEAVEN AND SURELY THE ANSWERS FROM THE SUPREME BEING WILL SURELY BE FULFILLED.

That in my candid opinion is too early and won't help to direct the government's energy on to matters of the moment-the weak economy! And worse of it all this sort of talk risk poking sensitive nerves of many citizens who may see things differently. In the end it's not healthy...it's negative! This is not the time for it; we've had enough!

For the sake of peace and development Mr.Tsatsu Tsikata and for that matter media houses should not ruffle the feathers of legal proceedings at the SC; they should focus on DEVELOPMENTAL ISSUES and how to fight the irritating canker of CORRUPTION.

Wearing while white to hear court case before verdict is pronounced means you have hinted you have won the case. ndc has favorite judges in the case, so tsatsu can't convince me that "no judge favored us" ndc has paid a lot to win this case. The whole world watched the entire proceedings, and never a court in the remotest part of the world, except Atuguba's court, could have come to the disgraceful verdict they gave last Thursday. The entire nation is laughing stock in the eyes of the whole world!
Tsatsu should stay put in his overblown, unmerited image rather than come out with any more such trash. From the the word GO about the trail we all saw how he (Atuguba ) treated Lawyer Addison and the way he treated Tsikata.We know that Atuguba, Adinyira and Gbadegbe were all for the respondents.Dotse and Bamfo Bonnie were confused and did not know where to go but Atuguba was able to convince them to vote for the respondents. What I want the judges to know is that they will also be judged one day. If they collected some money is good for them. Mahama and his vice knew the out come of the case before the verdict was even announced that was why both of them were in white.N.D.C. should not think of Mahama going in for the second term.
