I am looking back now over the last few months, and what I see is the refusal of many on the NPP side to acknowledge that this Tsikata fellow is a good lawyer. They try to belittle him.

With that kind of position taken, he does not get credit. I remember when he indicated in his summation that the court should not be considering retro-active punishment of innocent voters. Many on the petitioners team sought to ridicule that. In the end, the votes were protected, because no single judge ruled to nullify a single vote. The best was for a revote.

I think people just hate this man, but he keeps winning.

Why do I say this? Can you imagine two boxers in a ring, same ring, and one losing the fight and blaming it on the slippery nature of the boxing ring? Assuming that it was true that the ring was slippery, were both boxers not in the same ring so that both boxers were equally impacted? Why would NPP claim victory for the same condition that impacted them during the election? Another analogy, why would a failed candidate in an examination claim pass candidates were favored by difficult questions set by the examiner? This failure can only be attributed to inadequate preparation by the failed candidate. NPPs message did not convince electorates – free education… everything was hooked unto free education. All die be die deducted marks, kill all Ewes, Gas by leading members, at all cost… and twisting of facts on discussion programmes, the candidates, yen akanfo> etc. They should stop accusing the SC judges of bias when they have not been able to produce a single evidence to prove even a single vote cast by filling complaint form. This case is a frivolous case indeed, it should have been thrown out long ago. When you listen to them you marvel, they are twisting the judgment to mean that SC has given the green light for over voting, voting without BMV, presiding officers need not sign the documents. Only seared minds could be making such deductions.

Gloria Akuffo said in all her legal years she hasn't hear of retroactive punishment before and yet such a woman was once an attorney general.Whoever listened to the interview last Saturday would have understood the sentiments expressed by him.The reference he made to the justice during his trial when he equated IMF policy to that of IFC will understand that Anim Yeboah had an agenda to serve his master Kuffour. Is it not true that during the petition he Anim Yeboah objected to all issues raised by Tsatsu? We should stand by the truth and stop this useless talk. Have they noticed the nonsense Gabby was releasing into the atmosphere yesterday or Ken Kuranchie and Kofi Jumah to hold them to account. If the NPP is not happy about the Supreme Court verdict why can,t they just commit suicide enmasse and leave Ghanaians in peace?
