Ah ah, who is not telling the truth? The minister says effective date for the increment is September whilst the TUC boss says they would have to meet with government to negotiate a roadmap for the payment of base pay arrears from January to August.According to the minister it is not taking retrospective effect. Our economy is now left with bones.
