This is the best approach to control malaria but in Ghana we rather believe in curative medicine than preventive medicine that is our major problem hence, our inability to effectively control malaria in Ghana.
Yes, larval control in malria prevention is the best measure. However,the cost of it & commitment by stake holders has rendered this measure to be “prevention being worst than cure“ we should change our attitudes!

You are absolutely right - prevention is better than cure.
Point 3 is the key - educate the public to keep their environment clean. People should stop dropping litter, proper drainage and sanitation should be paramount.
