There is no fairness in Ghana. Ken Kuranchi, Atubiga, Awuku and Sir John were all hauled to the SC for contempt. We are all equal before the law and no one is above the constitution. Tsatsu must also be expelled by the Legal Council of Ghana.

The real question is why does the GBA not bring him to a disciplinary hearing as a convicted criminal with a view to removing his practicing certificate. Are they scared of him and if so why - does he know where the GBA skeletons are buried?

The GBA can hardly be taken seriously as the regulatory authority for the conduct of lawyers when it continues to refuse to address the issue of Tsikata's conviction under the criminal law and his continued presence before the Courts as a practising barrister. Under the GBA's own rules of professional conduct he should be disbarred an no longer allowed to practice.
Until the GBA cam effectively answer this apparent anomoly the credibility as the governing body for the law profession in Ghana has no credibility.

Did somebody not allege he had a recording of one of the justices of the SC saying he would resign from the SC if the NDC had won a stated General election? The Justices was mentioned but did that person come out to deny? I cannot recall who that justice was though. Who was that? He was alleged to have said so at a funeral grounds when he was drunk. Who was he?

This is a fair criticism so what's all these hullabaloo about. If you we're in court you will agree with TSATSU. After all, did ANING YEBOAH not say that he will resign from the Supreme Court if the NDC won the 2012 elections?
He never denied this statement he made at Nkawie last year at a funeral and reported to Enquirer by a cousin of President Kuffour who was present.
Presently he is flirting with the Ashanti women organizer of the NPP for which reason his wife divorced him after catching the love birds in an uncompromising situation in a hotel at Kumasi.
Please if you are ignorant of this evidence, drink now from the fountain of truth and stop your unfair criticism of TSATSU.

ADDO ANTHONY..into beliving his inheritance scam from one of his dead clients. i did send to him 10000.00 united states dollars through "western union" an "moneygram" money transfere services for his "Legal FEEs" needless to say i never got any type of inheritance or any type of "Legally-Binding" confirmation of any kind.
clearly all of his "Stories" were just a Bunch of Lies..sincerely johnny o'brien of America,Wisconsin,Mukwonago.
