It is very sad, but I think this will also put the government and the security forces as a whole to intensify their fight against these evil act to root it out from the system. The Ministers don't really care much of the masses because they have tight security, so those evil doers have free days going on with their evil acts against the defenseless. I hope this will be a wake up call, not to wait till one of the top government officials is robbed and family killed. A word to a wise is enough.

The courts must apply stiffer sentences to police officers who are caught arming these thugs, also lawyers who withhold critical information from the courts and allow criminals to walk, thereby, emboldening them into thinking that they are invincible and can kill even law enforcement personnel with impunity.

To the blabber mouths who think that Ghana is a lawless country, please tell me which foreign country that you have lived in that has less crimes than Ghana, I have been in Ghana for the last four months and I have never been more relaxed and happy in many, many, many years, I feel a million times safer in Ghana than I've ever felt in the US.

Ghana police are better organized, equipped and trained than the predators called armed robbers, the armed robbers will be crushed by the police, there's no need for the armed forces to intervene at this point, to the clowns who think that Ghana police can be toyed with, TIME WILL TELL.

I was in Ghana 8 months ago, and all that I heard from people is, "Don't go out in the night because you will be robbed". Is that not scary? These were not just NPP friends. Some I don't even know which party they belong to, but others I can confirm are staunch NDC members. Being in your own country and afraid to go out and you sit to tell me that the country has not become lawless? Wait till you are also robbed at gun point and you will then understand that, defending these things on party lines doesn't help.

When it comes to a confrontation with arm robbers I think the rules must change from attempting to capture them alive but rather to put them to perpetual rest. A few times human right activists complained about the police killing armed robbers but when the arm robbers kills the police they look the other way. Now this police men are probably law abiding bread winners for their families and a group of lawless fools have killed them, simply for trying to protect the public. Human right activists need to be careful what they say when an armed robber is gunned down next time.
