A Cork, Ireland radio station was holding an on-air contest to see who could come up with the best word not in a dictionary that would still make sense in a sentence. One of the first callers used the word G-O-A-N, pronounced "go-an."
"Okay, caller. How would you use this in a sentence?"

In fact, Tsikata shouldn't have alluded to what transpired during his trial and condemnation by Kufuor's court in the recent court petition, however being human certain acerbic politically-leaned situations cannot be forgotten quite easily. This is why it IS necessary for anyone not to access power to bully others like John Agyekum Kufuor did.

You see, the political terrain has always been rough, antagonistic and dirty. And in a civilized small community like ours should have politicians and everyone working to fine-tune it to the betterment of we all.

When Kufuor came to power, we had already been tired of NDC so we assume he would diffuse the politically-charged atmosphere and general perception of hatred and suspicion among Ghanaians. It became very disturbing that apart from his agenda to loot everything he became the most divisive element that pitched everyone against his neighbor including instituting a huge cleavage or social and ethnic schism among his own NPP.

Tsatsu is right; we shouldn't use personal sentiments as base paradigm to prosecute or take advantage of others.

Atuguba and Co. were very consistent in voting against the petitioners and their affiliation to the NDC party clouded their objectivity, it clouded their ability to be honest, it clouded their integrity and intelligence to apply the very provisions of the constitution and the various statutes, governing the conduct of credible, legitimate elections, because of their familial connections to the presidency and political patronage. The President of the court should have recused himself from this case, and his consistent and persistence, in ruling against the petitioners, proves that, this case, was procured by the NDC on the basis of political expediency. John Mahama in the eyes of citizenry, is not a legitimately elected President and verdict or no verdict, he's illegitimate.
Tsatsu Tsikata the ex-con was jailed and rightfully so, for stealing and causing financial loss to the state, as if stealing is new to the NDC party and John Mahama. Woyome, GYEEDA, NADMO, Embraer jet, Cuban scholarship deal, etc, etc. Brazen thieves have no shame and that is why the country is retrogressing because they have managed to infiltrate the ranks of the judiciary.

I suspect most Ghanaians might see the decision as more political than according to the law once we get to know the reasons behind the decision. If I am right, the reasons might lead most Ghanaians to question the neutrality/integrity of certain judges. I suspect that Mr. Tsikata's questioning the integrity of one of the judges has been done to provoke widespread condemnation against attacking a SC judge so that when Ghanaians get to know the reasons for the SC judgement, attacking the reasons of some judges for the decision would be seen as an attack on their integrity ie doing the same thing as Mr Tsikata that has been widely condemned by most people including those in the opposition. Time will tell if I'm right or wrong!
