There is no fairness in Ghana. Ken Kuranchi, Atubiga, Awuku and Sir John were all hauled to the SC for contempt. We are all equal before the law and no one is above the constitution. Tsatsu must also be expelled by the Legal Council of Ghana.

It is very sad that many Ghanaians fail to condemn what is bad because of their political affiliation. As an NDC supporter (though not a card-holding member), I really think that some of the issues raised in the recent court case are very important to help improve on our future elections. For instance, all must accept that unsigned declaration of results sheets must not be admissible as genuine results declared, because the signature of that form is the only way to attest that a presiding officer supervised the elections. Also, data on duplicate sheets must tally exactly with what appears on original sheets. We will be JOKERS if we overlook these critical issues. Tsatsu Tsikata's post-verdict comments are terribly disappointing, indeed, and it's surprising that some people are defending this inappropriate behaviour of his. He has proved to be extremely uncouth, and I think he first disgraced himself when he shouted at lawyer Addison to "shut up" in court. He is not a gentleman.

Ken Kurankye made comments by saying the Justice at the Supreme Court are hypocrites which undoubtfully most of them were, and was made to face the court sentenced to ten days in prison.

Now the entire country stand to watch if Tsatsu Tsikata will also be made to face the court for derogatory remarks about one of the Supreme Court Justices, Justice Anin Yeboah in this our trying moment when all are prying for peace.

How could supreme court judges say that a branch of the supreme court that was equipped with electronics to expedite proceedings was not constitutionally right to try Tsatsu. was it just because he said so? Shameful judges who are not even ashamed of themselves. why didn't Tsatsu say that Addison was taunted throughtout the hearing by Atuguba? and why should the judges frown on the constitution and accept what the constitution says is wrong? is it not in the constitution that presiding officers should sign the results and that failure to do that renders the result inappropriate to be used since it is questionable? but did we see? because Tsatsu say they were good to be used? Shameful judges who could not even read their judgements in this important case. Ghana has long way to go if such are the people in our judiciary. Justice would never be served.

I am dedicating this piece to Mr. Baah Boakye, a former employee of the Foreign Service of the Republic of Ghana, for the emotional trauma he might have suffered when he was transferred under a certificate of emergency by those who made themselves lords of the manor, in those heady days of the Culture of Silence.

When he was asked to leave this country and operate from the Embassy of the Republic of Ghana in Bonn, then capital city of the Federal Republic of Germany, his matrimonial home was torn apart. As a matter fact, his lawful wife failed to turn up in the country he had been posted to.

If you talk to Baah Boakye, you are likely to get the impression that he is still nursing the feeling that he was done in by people using their closeness to the power base of the Provisional National Defence Council to virtually seize his wife from him

Mr. Baah Boakye now lives in London. The information I am gathering is that he is still suffering from the effects of losing his wife under very frightening circumstances. And that is making it very difficult for him to relocate back home, especially when the beneficiary of that transfer still walks in the corridors of power.

That is one reason I am irked anytime I hear Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata, one of the power brokers of the dreaded Provisional National Defence Council, which put fear in the citizenry, and ultimately, smuggled in the National Democracy Congress as a political concept, making reverences to morality and conscience in public discourse.

At the weekend, my good friend Kwesi Pratt hosted Mr. Tsikata on TV3, now owned, I am told, by power brokers behind the ruling party. Let me stress here that both interviewee and interviewer have never been strong advocates of the principles on which the NPP stands politically.

In an answer to a question deliberately couched to enable Mr. Tsikata visit his vituperations on one of the judges, the former law lecturer at the University of Ghana said Mr. Justice Anim Yeboah consistently took an opposing stance against NDC’s arguments and positions as far as the Electoral Petition was concerned.

Mr. Tsikata told bewildering audience of the television network that he was not surprised by what he termed Mr. Justice Anim Yeboah’s persistent and consistent opposition to the stance of the NDC, because he (Justice Anim Yeboah) was appointed to the Supreme Court by former President John Agyekum Kufuor of the NPP.

Trust the New Patriotic Party to react. Mr. Kwadwo Owusu-Afriye, General Secretary of the party, issued a statement in Accra, in which he questioned the logic in Mr. Tsikata’s flawed statement. “If going by Tsatsu’s logic, Anim Yeboah was appointed by Kufuor, and as such, owes his loyalty to the NPP, then what do we say about the four judges who decided that no irregularity occurred in the 2012 elections to warrant a nullification of the tainted votes?” Sir John queried.

Fear of Tsatsu has created sleepless nights for Akufo addo, Addison n the rest of the NPP lawyers - after labeling him a thief and a useless lawyer, they objected to his participation in the hearing, then said he did not know anything and was only repeating questions and wasting time, Tsatsu got the pink sheets audited and further exposed their shody work, the npp told us Addison would show Tsatsu how it is done, but he only huffed and puffed and ended up trying to sneak in new issues at the end of the hearing, it was totally embarrassing, at the oral submissions Addison could not finish his delivery and had to "shut up and sit down". Tsatsu is a bloody good lawyer, he even got Kuffuor to admit he appointed 6 of the 9 justices at the trial, blowing to dust the accusations by the npp that the justices were influenced or that mahama wore white because he knew somtin????????
