Contempt of the law will normally apply when an ongoing case has been compromised by the actions of certain individuals not when after the verdict, a Judge is rebuked for his judgement.

I think Tsatsu Tsikata should take Anim to court. The man is one sided with anger tone against the respondents. The facts and recordings are there. He did not say anything positive about the respondents. He rebuked them at all times. He speaks against all the objections raised by the respondents. On the other hand, He tried his best to help the petitioners. He support all their objections. His bodily behaviour proved that he is a co-lawyer to the petitioners. His verdicts also shows that. Note, all that Tsatsu said is true. All the facts are their on the tape of the SC. Play it and get the facts. Another thing is, this man Anim was appointed by Kuffour. May be Tsikata as a lawyer has more points on that matter. May be Anim's appointment is not constitutional. What is the intention of his appointment? Why not any other lawyer? Remember that Kuffour has empaneled the court with more judges to overturn the case won by Tsatsu in the past. Is that legal? That is an albatross which would hang on Kuffour's neck till death. It is an injustice he created mingling with the judiciary. Is Anim one of those additional judges? Now Ghana must clean the legal system. The judges are to be neutral,rise above their party affiliations. If People like Anim are the only ones in the court, no one can win any case in the country as I have seen in the judgement. So Tsatsu should take him to court and if his appointment by Kuffour is illegitimate, then he should be removed. For my look of things, the man seems not to qualify as a supreme court judge.It was the same thing Kuffour did when he appointed Georgina Wood. There were seniors there before he appointed Georgina Wood. Ghanaians know this very well. The Danger: It is very dangerous for the country to hide behind peace talks to the detriment of the Judicial Services. Those who said let peace prevail does not mean that we should leave our legal system to get corrupted. Peace can only prevail if the system is neat and clean. There are many cases which got bad verdicts due to this affiliations and corruptions in the system. So we should stop singing the song of John Bunyan, the Ugly Duckling. We cannot be praising those who fools to maintain peace. If we are hailing Akuffo Addo as a statesman, then I do not know the Ghanaian criteria of recognition of a statesman.What happened at the elections, the Mantra of Akkuffo Addo, ALL DIE BE DIE has now qualified him as a statesman. When he ordered Sir John to announce the election on his favour has now qualified him as a statesman. After the announcement, he went on rampage to attack the Israelis company. Is that a mark of statesman. I think Ghanaians should be careful in declaring or giving titles to people without merits. The real statesmen are there but not recognised. Akkuffo Addo the Statesman cannot even produce his law certificate. Everyday people are jailed in Ghana for impersonation. Why can't they judge the petition of Kpega against Akkuffo Addo? No matter the appellations rained on him, the fact remains that he is an impersonator in the minds of the world. He need to prove himself. This is really Justice. We are rather destroying the future of the country as many would now think that to be a statesman one need to behave in a violent ways and issues threats. May be another statesman to be outdoored soon will be Kennedy Agyapong who commanded and declared war that all the Ewes and the Gas should be exterminated. Such are the future statesmen in Ghana. Call a spade a spade.

NPP is unfortunately supported by mavericks who talk before they think. Ghana's proceeds from oil and other exports are not in the hands of our President. How does he buy off the media, most of which is pro-NPP anyway?

President Mahama knows he has little over three years to run the country before the 2016 election. He needs to get the economy back on an even track while carrying forward the country's development. Why would he want to buy off the media and not focus on the work he has to do?
