It is gazetted as a matter of public record. It is a legal process necessary to ensure that no parties can claim they were not aware of it. As such, it has to be published as is. It can not be modified into lay man's language ...

Brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews, fathers and mothers, go out work hard and create your wealth like the dead man and don't be lazy and cheap. Wife and kids are the dead man's legacy. Kids especially are the OFFSPRING of the deadman. Don't expect anything from another man's sweat.

I have heard that the late David Lamptey died at home in very bizarre cicumstances. It is alledged that the wife refused to send him to the hospital, refusing anyone including his children to see their father, and the maid sacked the very day the man died. Now she wants all his property.

He died suddenly and his wife brings a will which states that all his wealth goes to his present wife and the 2 children she had before she came to marry. Nothing goes to his children.

This is what I heard. I was not there.
