Cashew is good,but WALNUT IS GREAT.
WALNUT has proven to reduce BLOOD SUGAR,IN THE DIABETIC,to a very lower degree.

Cashew is good,but WALNUT IS GREAT.
WALNUT has proven to reduce BLOOD SUGAR,IN THE DIABETIC,to a very lower degree.
Since,AFRICA,is one of the continents that have more DIABETIC PATIENTS,it would be highly advantageous,should we turn our production and processing on this WALNUT as well.
I never knew this until a doctor,told me about it in CANADA,to suggest to my fellow AFRICANS to look into that.
If this is something that will help our health,then we should seriously look into that too.
