I think the President is gradually getting in charge of his government and indeed all the party apparatchicks of the NDC. I agree with him that Tsatsu and other persons engaging in these useless debate as to the biases of the judges must be called to order. Why do we Ghanaians always want to hurt ourselves so bad? We have been the cynosure of democracy and tolerance and we should not allow some of these mavericks to derail our hard earned reputation. I feel sorry that Tsatsu of all persons should be embroiled in this unfortunate comment but hat should not be a licence for such demented and selfish and greedy folks like Sir John, Jake and Gabny to dig deeper into their putrid dispositions. The President has called for a truce and let all decent persons in Sikaman listen and behave themselves

Davi, Mr President could not have known what Mr Tsikata was going to say, to have stopped him earlier. Like Lawyer Ayikai Otoo said, when politicians get the chance to speak to large numbers of people, they are often times possessed by 'Gbeshie'; and I believe it is that spirit that got hold of Mr Tsikata that day. You know he professes to be a Christian so he cannot openly confess that Gbeshie possessed him.

I just finished reading the written decisions of SCJ Atuguba and SCJ Ansah and both gave good reasons for their judgement though I do not agree with all the reasons. I cannot say their written decisions were politically motivated. In my view, President Mahama should have condemned Tsatsu's personal attack on SCJ Anim Yeboah. It was unjustified.

Unfortunately those are the characters that the electorate likes, so to win you need to have such flagbearers who don't help the country. At least Mahama is better than his VP who to me is just an idiot. I guess there was a need to get someone from the Central region, (I think that is where the VP is from) as a winning strategy. However, the other accusations where the judges were accused of corruption has no bases as that Gabby could not prove himself in his pronouncement as Tsatsu did.

Because the judgement meant that not signing the pink sheet(which is an entrenched provision in the constitution) is nothing wrong. Why won't the judges be attacked when they pronounce judgement which is so detrimental to Ghana future. The implication is that the electoral system and commission in Ghana Is perfect and needs no reforms of any kind. There is no need for biometric verification, pink sheets are not neccessay, overcoming has a new defination among others which are a recipe for anarchy and confusion in 2016. Any deep thinking Ghanaian should know these implications. No deep thinking businessmen will make long term investment in such an environment. The judges have been selfish and myopic in their decision and posterity will not forgive them for such misuse of power and authority. Wrong leaders also put their followers through suffering which could be the lot of majority of Ghanaians including the men of God who encourage these.No amount of prayer can change God's natural principles.

John Mahama only knew today the elections were rigged and people should stop blaming the Judges. Judges dont normal overturn any part of our democracy. The SC did have a long think and they made the right decision because of peace and to save our democracy.
Any errors, over voting and doulble polling stations were all mention and we all know its against our electorol Laws yet the Judges put that aside and made JM the president. Why? because it not right to overturn the results of our only trusted institution(EC). The Judges couldnt belittle the EC, if they didnt, our democracy would have been in a mess.
Thanks to the judges. JM should know he didnt win the election.

Justice Anin Yeboah didn't even want NDC to join Prez Mahama in the suit to defend Mahama. Justice Anin was looking for an easy ride and coolchop to defeat NDC and to oust Mahama from office. Justice Yeboah knew Tsatsu's presence as NDC counsel would give him tough time and derail his aim of defeating NDC on the petition.

Regarding the just court ruling on the electoral dispute i am not surprise there are still people who believe that justice wasn't done.for any to understand these people one has take into account the mentality of majority of Ghanaians who will never believe in facts due to ignorance,these are people who don't even believe any one could die of natural causes regardless of the cause of death whether it is medical condition or even road traffic accident their ignorance will lead them to believe the death was cause by a witch,these are people who will lose a court case and still believe the the judge might be corrupt, they will then appeal at a higher court and still get the same decision and will not still accept a defeat base on their ignorance that they were still hard done by . Judges can only make determination base on the evidence before them and not by what any one believe.i personally have no legal background yet if I were to make a determination in the case I don't think I could have arrived at a different conclusion because prooving a crime has been committed is not a proof who committed it unless there was an eye witness .all over the world in electoral processes there are errors either electronic or human but they don't necessary mean fraud so please respect the judges decision without prejudice
