Some of us Ghanaians are being just ingrate the way we think of the SC and its judges, why blame judges for not appreciating the patience and support. The petitioners have a duty to render that appreciation to Ghanaians for their patience and support. The judges did not take Ghanaians to court, it is our petitioners who did take Ghanaians to court, by suing their elected president. Taking a sitting president to court is tantamount to taking all Ghanaians to court. The standstill of national affairs due to this court issue has affected everybody in the country.Let us be realistic and call spade spade and stop manipulating issues further!

I have read Justice J Ansah's ruling which will essentially the same as those of the other three of the minority side. Two points stand out clearly. 1.The issues that devided the nine SC justices were also the ones on which an annulmentof votes did not innure to the petiotioner's second relief, ie declare Nana Addo as the validly elected president. That is to say even when the four Justices agreed to annul the votes in those categories, these annulled votes still had John Mahama leading even though not enough to be declared an outright winner. This means that not a single justice of the nine, could grant the relief sought by the petioners, their figures did not add up, thanks to Bawumia being clever by half. All that could be gotten was a re-run. 2. The issues that carried enough votes whose annulment could have resulted in an Akuffo Addo victory, were all rejected by ALL the nine justices without exception. This is the point that the NPP needs to explain to their supporters. So the question is what would a review be seeking to do? A review that cannot make Nana Addo an outright winner is no review at all, the NPP know that is not what their foot soldiers want, that is not what they had been promised from the beginning. Where is that solid evidence that it could be dismissed by even the justices perceived to be sympathetic to their cause? Lasly, were there to be re-run, Ashanti region would stand by and watch, Afari Gyan would still be in charge, no new officials would be brought in from Jupiter, the biometric machines will still malfunction, "all die be die" will still be "all die be die". Nothing will change the voters preference. So why bring about further anguish to your already despondent and crest fallen followers? Gabby Otchere darko and Sir John should give NPP some well deserved respite to lick their wounds. Nana has stopped crying. He has told the mourners to go home and laeve him alone.

If for nothing, as long as the case was dismissed, it ought to be reviewed.
The fact that the SC made no recomendation for any changes to the EC requires a review.
