My friend, they did not put Ghana first, This was a judjement of convenience. So they can wash their hands off the case and pretend nothing bad happened. Trust me this will come to haunt the nation sooner or later.

The judgement is very long and elaborate, infact it is impossible to read in a day. I spent the whole night reading two, that of Atuguba and Ansah. Though belonging to the sides they both sounded very convicing. So why rush to put out this jaundiced view of yours? Get an education and stop passing comments on issues that are clearly beyond your understanding.

After reading Anin Yeboah's Judgement, I find it very difficult how a SC Judge would come to such decision on over-voting when there was no evidence.

Tsatsu Tsikata was very right to rebuke this JSC.

No wonder the peppeni Atubuga was so biased against the petitioners because he has no case to make but ramble on for God knows how long. Either Atubuga does not have a good judicial secretary or his intellectual capabilities are suspect. What a poor showing by someone who is supposed to uphold the sanctity of the judicairy and has failed horribly!!

every con man always useslong talk and plenty of bullshit to buttress his scam and thats what atuguba has done here in the hope that since most people can not follow up he can get away with murder. i am surprised he didn't write a new bible , the fact remains the elections were definitely rigged , pepeni killed mills and now used another pepeni to to commit another travesty of justice . immediately after the ashowo minister has now commissioned with the chinese new ports in the volta and other non Akan areas so now i hope they told the chinese we Akans will not pay for that including the hospitals and have already lined up enough yams and mangoes to pay for these projects since they have no gold oil or cocoa . pepeni stop using and abusing Akan money , steal from you own gonja and ayigbe idiots. we never get anything good from you only poisoned water and lies every day

You do not even know the difference of NEW and KNEW. Even your name Gyemfi. Anyone with that name is spelt Gyamfi with a not e. You need free education and I believe NDC itself is full of people like you and that why Ghana is retrogressing.

I think there are too many unnecessary citation of cases. Some were high court decisions. How can a supreme court depend on a high court judgment to rule a case like this?

History has it that the old West in the United States, was a hot land where outlaws rule. With this ruling coming from the Supreme Court, Ghana is no exception. The top court has cemented and summons an unknown atmosphere to visit Ghana during our next election.

2016 will be a test of nerves in the sense that Ghana will be sitting on time bomb and going through that election unscathed, will see us as really a peaceful nation but there are doubts hanging over our dear nation.

If the judges saw nothing wrong with over voting, what is the message then? Also, they saw nothing wrong with the biometric verification where people were not verified yet were allowed to vote and what is the exact message they sent to the nation?

I pray that we will be standing as one nation after the next election.

I watched the court case in a childlike manner - naively believing that the justices will be impartial and stand for truth. How disappointed I have been. As a non political qualified lawyer, it was my view that, if nothing at all, duplication of results were proved. In fact Dr Afari-Gyan admitted this himself. Also, to argue that the pink sheets were not of paramount importance is farcical - were the declared results not collated from the pink sheets? I have no objections to keeping the status quo; however, I am saddened that the justices appear to have determined this case through partisan tinted glasses. Going forward, it is my prayer that there will be real electoral reform, which will ensure that over voting and duplications will be no more. After all, there is no point spending millions of our hard earned cedis on elections if the results do not reflect the will of the people.
