I think, if the evidence supplied by the NPP was enough to win the Petition, the SC would have reversed the winner of the Elections. Even in the submission by Justice Anin Yeboah, who was singled out as the strongest favorite for the NPP side on the bench,he only wanted votes cast again in the areas the Petitioners suspected some gross errors had occurred.

He did not declare that Akufo-Addo won the Elections. Secondly, what if the NDC also dug up some errors in areas where they lost to the NPP and demanded that they be declared winners there, too?

Moreover, there are some speculations that some of the exhibits, especially the pink sheets, were forged by the Petitioners side, hence the withdrawal of some of them by the NPP Lawyers at the last minute. This means the litigation could go on forever, with reviews and counter-reviews.

So, what would Gabby have the SC do, now? We should all take note that the behavior of these folks suggest that the "all die be die" mantra was really meant to defy all odds to claim victory. Tarzan was right, all along.

What message does it send our kids when anyone (beit NPP, NDC, whatever) uses words such as this? One can provide constructive criticism without being disrepectful to the highest court in the land. If he is a lawyer clearly he was not paying attention in law school and the Ghana Bar association should remove his name from their rolls because this cannot be tolerated in any CIVIL society. Can you imagine any lawyer calling the Supreme Court in the UK or the USA corrupt? Even when the Supreme Court gave the presidency to Bush over Gore, no one in the USA dared called the court corrupt. Sure one could disagree but to use words like that may have led to legal lynching. As Africans we should show the rest of the world we are intelligent. This Gabby lacks emotional intelligence.
