Hegemony you can only fight with hegemony , tribalism with tribalism , chauvinism with chauvinism and if you dont fight or adopt the attitude of turning the other cheek you run the risk of your children being enslaved or ending up like second class citizens in their own country like indians in latin america today . We Akans realise these ugly truths and the agenda of the ayigbe toxic program and their pepeni / islamic agenda of enslave the Akan ,deny all rights of self governance etc etc . we have no choice but to fight back and even if it means sacrificing a generation in war we are ready . in fact the whole world knows its now only a matter of months when the shooting actually begins as the injustice today is unbearable . they steal our money in broad day light going for loans and taking bribes from all sources but let their partners in crime know we will not pay these loans especially since there was no benefit in any of these things for the Akans and were approved by a minority govt that has no respect for the majority . this govt has lost all credibility , claiming a throne does not make you a king , we do not recognize this govt and its nothing but a pest . The leaders should try to establish a level playing field for other potential contestants and organize support for whoever they prefer to win and be the flagbearer. But it is wrong for the top hierarchy to foreclose this opportunity in favour of one person. They will surely divide their house by so doing.

I get sick in my stomach when I hear NDC crooks make political comments on the airwaves. They obviously believe that election fraud is cool. It's good though that they've acknowledged the kind of applause, responses and praise Nana Akufo-Addo has been receiving after that botched up verdict by Atuguba & Co., on that fateful Thursday.

Like Mr. Baako said, the NPP has a lot of homework to do. The party has learned great lessons. Those of us who get soaked up in campaign excitement must begin to realise that it's about how to reach the rural folks and convince them with your message as it relates to their current situation and also their future aspirations and hopes.

Those party reps. who stood still and hopelessly watched on while the EC and the NDC manipulated them elections should feel sorry for themselves; those are part of the reason why we see where we are right now.

While the NDC did all they could to stop other parties from seeking funding towards campaigning, they [NDC] awarded dubious contracts to people like Woyome and Ibrahim Mahama as a source of their campaign funds. Meanwhile, one problems the NPP had was finance. Judging from the election results, had Nana's team gotten a bit more of finance support, the results would have been totally different, even with all the cheating and fraud that took place in the December elections. Folks should remember the number of Bill Boards with John Mahama's image on them. Although it's a known fact that Atta-Mills had died and it's no logic that Ghanaians would vote of Mahama. It was a God-sent victory for Nana Akufo-Addo. But because of poor management by campaign masters they let the opportunity slip by.

The NDC didn't have any campaign message in the first place. Instead they sought to refute every good campaign message Nana Akufo-Addo made, like the Free Education the new wave of doing business and job opportunities. Can reasonable person reject Nana's message of changing the "Guggisberg economy" way of business to a New value-added export oriented way of doing business, that should create jobs esp. for our youth? I sincerely don't think so.

There was another factor that the NDD continued to destroy Nana Akufo-Addo with all sorts of untruthful messages while the NPP looked on hopelessly. When the NPP tried to bring John Mahama's hidden skirmishes into the picture, the NDC govt. quickly used Gbevlo-Lartey and National Security to arrest an harass people. The NDC knew that their cups were full; they knew they could lose the elections that's why they used all kinds of dirty tricks to stay in power.

From the experiences gathered so far, the NPP stands are good chance of winning the next elections if they could put their acts properly together, esp. about how to appeal to the masses with their message of salvation to all. It's a fact that the NDC cannot do anything good towards Ghana's progress.

The NPP must not be afraid to dissect the "Sasabonsam Party" as the truth may allow. Expose all their evil ways, as it is; no need to tell lies or exaggerate our story. Ghanaians know, and can feel that things aren't working well for them. The NPP need to educate the masses very well.

I believe that it's time for every true NPP member to begin saving up towards the 2016 campaign. It'll soon be here and it's time to plan. The NPP has lots of work to do. This is the time to begin. I suggest we hold party congress before the end of year 2013. We shouldn't take things for granted.

.....And Nana better tell party supporters whether he'll run or not before the enthusiasm that people have dies down. If Nana wants to run again he should do it NOW. I still have great confidence in Nana & Bawumia and I sincerely believe many Ghanaians have confidence in that winsome ticket for 2016.

Nana shouldn't get discouraged by the kind of division that some people want to bring, but rather gather the necessary courage to make his intentions known. The earlier we started getting our next campaign off the ground, the better it would be for us, esp. since we've learned great lessons.
