Justice VCRC Crabe has hit the nail right on the head. CI 75 is the problem, we need to change that law. Trust me if anyone took bio-metric verification to the SC, the SC would declare it unconstitutional.

This is what some of us have been saying for a long time. Those provisions infringe the Constitution and the respondents should have argued thus in court and allowed the SC Justices to declare them as unconst'nal. Had they done so, all the Justices would be faced with no option than to rule against that relief being sought.

Now that the case is over, we are being told that there is indeed a problem with that regulation and its interpretation. We sane people knew that long time already.

Also, to be reviewed is suing the winner as 1st respondent too.

By not answering their own simple question "Are there violations, irregularties etc.", some of the justices, including the presiding Justice Atubuga, refused to acknowledge any infractions, thus giving credence to the saying "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Other Justices based decisions on their subjective interpretation of "spirit of the law" rather than the "true letter of the law".
So, what's there to fix? It's not the number of passed, but the human manipulation and interpretation of the law; it is the "corrupt system" that needs changes.
