Atuguba wanted his nephew to keep his job as an Executive Assistant toPresident Mahamah. Plain and simple. Atuguba was not trueful to Ghanaians when he opined that the SC panels various judgement was ready and lodged with the Secretary to the Courts. In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. GOD SAVE GHANA Nana will win hands down next time. IT is now open sected that ATUGUBA twisted Dotses arms to vote with him.

The election petition was not useful to NDC and since they do not understand the rule of law, they see the petition as a waste of time on the nation. They wish Ghana should have descended into the "gutter" way of doing things ...

Nana Ato Dadzie should be very careful when making such comments that will ruffle some feathers in NDC. Some NDC supporters lack "critical thinking".
