I don't think this is done anywhere in the sense that EC. should call all political parties come together for the reform and upgrade for electoral system. It is the SC that does the rules and regulation the govern election. I ...

I don't think this is done anywhere in the sense that EC. should call all political parties come together for the reform and upgrade for electoral system. It is the SC that does the rules and regulation the govern election. If there is any reform, biometric etc, the SC will do it and send the parties a copies, The parties will then study and abides with it. A copy is sent to Supreme Court. If Any party is not okay with it, file it to the supreme Court,

In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. GOD SAVE GHANA Nana will win hands down next time. IT is now open sected that ATUGUBA twisted Dotses arms to vote with him.
