its time we speak the truth this is not someone seeking Mahama's downfall but why is it that the Govt does not want to negotiate with laboure unions unless they go on strike it sad.

TEWU does not need any negotiations. The unpaid monies has to be paid, period. Tell thief Mahama to bring back all the money he stole from the good people of Ghana so that at least the working populace could be paid for the work done. Every one gets paid for the work they do. Even some people so not work but still get paid. A person like Woyome had no contract but Mahama through Ofui Gyato Aboakwa paid him for no work done. How much more can't teachers be paid for the good work done?

I am hoping for the day labour unions in Ghana will go on strike for higher productivity.Does it mean that as a labour leader if you do not go on strike then it means you are weak? These senseless and wasteful strikes and labour agitations must stop.Our country is poor and we are behaving ostriches and never talk about how to increase productivity or pay our taxes,but as if there is some magic money somewhere in the state house we just start and join myopic leaders to stop work and turn round to collect full payment for no work done.FOR HOW LONG WILL THESE (STUPID)BEHAVIOR GO ON.

Why give Polytechnic senior worker Market Premium and deny University workers. Why give senior members market premium of 114% and deny Senior staff members?
