Assuming the NPP was even declared winner by the SC and the NDC filed for a review in which they also claim over-voting and other errors in the areas where the NPP won, then what?

Enough is enough! If anyone has a new set of evidence let that person present it to challenge the verdict.

As Tarzan said, the NPP is better off conceding the verdict and re-assess its strategy for the next Elections. If it keeps playing sour loser it would repel many sympathizers away.

Do any Ghana in his right mind think what the SC judges lead by Atuguba can change what the highest Supreme Court decided. Let stop been stupid about the petition and the 9 judges who took time to listen to had the petitioner and the Lawyers had to say.
We have problem in Ghana about what the Supreme Court stands for, and until we teach ourselfs and our children nobody really understands the Supreme Court.
1 Supreme Court judgement CAN NOT be overturn by anybody.
2 Supreme Court Judges are never wrong in their decision whether you see it wrong or not.
3 Nana Addo and NPP members didnt go to John Mahama swearing in as yhe president because they need if sworn in by Supreme Court NOTHING CAN EVER CHANGE their decision when made.
3 Nana Addo and the petitioners wanted to expose the bad work the EC did in the elections, and they proved their point rightly.
4 Does Ghanaians who dont know what is a Supreme Court are those blaming the Judges who listen to the petition like any of us.
5 The 9 judges CAN NOT anything but they listen and asked questions like any ghanaian.
6 Ghana Supreme Court is above everybody and any group of people.
7 Without the Supreme Court been supreme Ghana will never have a rule of Law or democracy.
8 Whatever the supreme court say is final and nobody can challeage it.
9 Our senior Lawyers like Tsatsu is undermining our Supreme Court by calling the bias when he himself know what ever the Supreme Court say cant be change.
10. Stupidly on the part of Tsatsu who was suppose to know better, with greed of money didnt ever mention once in the petition hearing that the president John Mahama cant be taken out of office because our Supreme Court put him there whether wrong or right. Tsatsu didnt give the Supreme Court the respect a Lawyer and teach should have done.
Tsatsu and some stupid Ghanaians in all political parties dont know what Supreme means and why we call our most respectable court Supreme.
Atuguba and the 8 Judges should be apolized to by Tsatsu and he Tsatsu should go back to classroom to refresh his memory.
If there should be any blame it should be to the Suprme Court and EC for not going thru the election results before declearing and swearing in John Mahama as president. Atuguba and the 8 judges are the most professional Judges Ghana has.
Atuguba and all the Judges knew the elections were rigged by EC, over voting, stacking ballot boxes! and they wish if they could change the decision of the Supreme Court but our Laws dont allow it.
If Afari Gyan didnt tell SC the elections had errors before John Mahama was sworn in, and once sworn by Supreme Court cant be change.
Who can challeage the Supreme when he decides. The word supreme (God like) is what the Stupid Ghanaians like Tsatsu dont understand.

Please lets all put aside NDC & NPP and face the issue before us when professionals are commissioned to render professional services. Atuguba advice of reading his judgment as the out come of his services and as lead justice his advice fell short. He must be held professionally negligent and his Professional Indemnity Insurance must be called. GBA must take this issue seriously and Atuguba must do the needful and resign. This is not about NPP & NDC issues. This is about a Lead Justice rendering a professional services for the Nation and the duty of care he owns.

HOWEVER, JUST TO SET THE RECORDS STRAIGHT THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY WRITING THIS REJOINDER.
THAT BEFORE ONE CAN OR COULD UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION UNDER WHICH DR.AFARI-GYAN FOUND HIMSELF THEN ONE WOULD APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK AND THE GOOD WORKS HE HAS DONE.
THAT IT WAS THE SAME DR.AFARI_GYAN WHO WAS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION DURING 2000 AND 2004 PRESIDENTIAL AND PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS AND DECLARED THE NPP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE THEN H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR WINNER OF BOTH ELECTIONS WHEN THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA CLEARLY VOTED FOR HIM.
THAT AS I HAVE POSTULATED TO THE ENTIRE WORLD THAT "JUSTICE SEEKS THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH".
THAT THE LEGAL ISSUES BEFORE GHANA SUPREME COURT THAT THE COURT ADJUDICATED AND RULED ON THE MATTER AND BY MAJORITY DECISION DISMISSED THE PETITION THAT WE MUST ALL CALL "A SPADE A SPADE".
THAT IT IS ALSO A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE LEGAL RESEARCH AND INDUSTRY THAT COUNSELS/LAWYERS PUT INTO A CASE HELPED THE JUDGES WORK TO BE VERY EASY.
IN FACT, THE SAME CANNOT OR COULD NOT BE SAID WITH THE 2012 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS PETITION CHALLENGED SINCE COUNSELS FOR RESPONDENTS INSTEAD OF TO RAISE "A PRELIMINAY CHALLENGE ON THE PETITION ITSELF AND OTHER LEGAL ISSUES RAISED AS FRIVOLOUS, CAPRICIOUS, VEXACIOUS AND MALICIOUS" BUT RATHER ENGAGED THE PETITIONERS ON "PINK SHEETS CLERICAL ERRORS INSTEAD OF ON POINTS OF LAW AND LEGAL BASIS".
THAT THE WHOLE MATTER WAS "A QUESTION OF LAW AND NOT PINK SHEETS".
HOWEVER, THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA HAS NOT BEEN FULLY APPRISED WITH THE LEGAL POSITIONS SINCE COUNSELS FAILED TO MAKE THE RELEVANT LEGAL ARGUMENTS BUT JUST DWELL ON FACTS AND RATIONALITY OR RATIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE FACTS.
IT IS MY FIRM BELIEVED THAT IF THE COUNSELS FOR RESPONDENTS WERE TO RAISE THE PRELIMINARY OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION AND MADE THE RELEVANT LEGAL ARGUMENTS SUPPORTED WITH THE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND OTHER RELEVANT LAWS THE COURT WOULD HAVE DISMISSED THE LAWSUITS ON THE ONSET.
THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY CALLING ON ALL THE MEDIA HOUSES THAT COVERED THE PROCEEDINGS TO PRODUCE THE TAPE RECORDINGS OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE AMICUS CURIAE REVIEW MOTION AND THE LEGAL ARGUMENTS THAT I ADDUCED AT THE COURT AND EACH COUNSELS RESPONSE AND THE COURT RESPONSE AND THE THE COURT RULING TO HELP THE READING PUBLIC TO ASCERTAIN THE DIFFICULTIES POSED BY SOME OF THE COUNSELS RESPONSES TO THE JUDGES.
THAT DR.AFARI-GYAN IN THE FIRST PLACE DO/DID NOT HAVE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OVER TEMPORAL 2 OR 3 DAYS ELECTION OFFICIALS SINCE THEY WERE NOT PERMANENT STAFF AND THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO ME WERE ACROSS THE BOARD.
THAT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER WAS THAT THE MALPRACTICES AND OTHERS THAT THE PETITIONERS COMPLAINED ABOUT AND COMMENCED THE LAWSUITS DID NOT OCCUR IN REALITY AT THE POLLING STATIONS THEMSELVES THAT THE LEGITIMATE VOTER COULD BE BLAMED OR ACCUSED OF BUT JUST "MERE CLERICAL OR ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS" THAT DID NOT ACTUALLY AFFECT THE FINAL OUTCOME OF THE FINAL RESULTS DECLARED THAT IT THEREFORE DEFILED COMMON SENSE THAT THOSE GENUINE AND HONEST SINCERE VOTES CAST TO BE PURPORTED TO BE ANNULED THAT THE ISSUE THEN IS "WHERE THEREFORE WILL BE JUSTICE ITSELF?".
TO PURPORT TO FIND A FINDING FOR "A MERE HYPOTHETICAL SPECULATIVE CASE WOULD HAVE REALLY CAST A SLUR ON OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND WOULD EVEN AMOUNT TO "JUDICIAL SABOTAGE".

BUT THANKS TO THE MAJORITY DECISION THAT DISMISSED THE PETITION.

THAT DR.AFARI-GYAN HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG TO CAST A SLUR ON HIS REPUTATION AND INTEGRITY ESPECIALLY AS DR.BAWUMIA TOLD THE SUPREME COURT IN HIS EVIDENCE IN CHIEF AND UNDER CROSS-EXAMINATIONS THAT WHEN THEY WERE PREPARING THE PINK SHEETS TO COMMENCE THE LAWSUITS THEY ALSO MADE "MISTAKES" AND HE EVEN FURTHER STATED THAT "THEY MADE MISTAKES AS ANYBODY OR ANY PERSON CAN ALSO MAKE MISTAKES" AND THAT THE LEGAL POSITION AND LEGAL EFFECTS OF DR.BAWUMIA TESTIMONY WAS NEVER ADDRESSED IN LAW.

IT IS AT THESE RELATED BACKDROPS THAT TAKING COGNIZANCE OF THE FOLLOWING LEGAL THEORIES OR LEGAL PRINCIPLES IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WOULD HAVE HELPED THE COURT TO MAKE EASY DETERMINATION OF THE CASE:

(i) THE LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF EQUITY

(ii)THE LEGAL THEORY OF "MENS REA" OR THE "INTENT OF THE ELECTORAL OFFICIALS OF MAKING THE CLERICAL ERRORS".

(iii) THE LEGAL PRINCIPLE OF "HONEST MISTAKES AND ITS EFFECTS".

(iv)THE CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY VESTED IN THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION UNDER CHAPTER 007 OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION

(v) WHETHER OR NOT THE PURPORTED MISTAKES MADE CAN BE CURED BY THE COURT WHEN THE PETITIONERS THEMSELVES ALSO MADE THE SAME MISTAKES?

(vi)WHETHER OR NOT THE PROVISIONS UNDER CLAUSES 4,5 & 6 OF ARTICLE 57 CHAPTER 008 OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION OF THE CASE OF A SITTING PRESIDENT OF GHANA WHILE IN OFFICE ACTED AS OUSTER CLAUSE(S) TO

ARTICLE 64 UNDER WHICH THE PETITIONERS BROUGHT THE PETITION THAT COUNSELS FOR RESPONDENTS FAILED WOEFULLY TO ADDRESS THE LEGAL ISSUE AND RATHER MADE A SITTING PRESIDENT OF GHANA H.E.PRESIDENT JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA A LITIGANT.

THAT ASSUMING THAT THE PRESIDENT OF GHANA TO BE PERSONALLY ATTENDING THE SITTINGS OF THE SUPREME COURT FROM 9.00 AM TO 4.30PM EVERY SITTING(S) THAT THE FACT REMAINED THAT "WHAT KIND OF WORK WOULD THE PRESIDENT BE DOING TO UPHOLD THE TRUST AND CONFIDENCE THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA REPOSED IN THE PRESIDENT TO DO THE PEOPLE'S WORK?"

The NPP should have seen through the conspiracy right from the onset. And that was why John Mahama knew of the SC verdict long before Justice Atuguba read his infamous scewed verdict on 29th August 2013. John Mahama started celebrating in the early hours of the 'D' day in his all white 'borrowed robes'.
The NPP is too clean to do Ghana politics. They must learn to play it dirty atimes. The JB Danquah/Busia westminter type of politics cannot suffice in the 21st century.We need a more radical approach to meet the NDC boot for boot. The party must be transformed,and power given to the youth to lead the party to victory in 2016.
The strategy for victory must start now, and all the loopholes identified in the 2012 elections must be blocked. What is patently clear to all and sundry is that, no political party would send election petition to the Supreme Court again because it is an exercise in futility. Justice Atuguba had set a bad precedence, and so it is not worth it. Any political party that attempts to send election petition to court would be Atugubized.
The party strategy for 2016 must start now !
