  Absolute Tax exemption be it local or foreign company is not good.At least 1-5% Tax can help the country.

  Here is how your government thinks. The local companies are already here and does not need to be woo to come. The foreign companies have a choice to go and operate in Nigeria, Angola, Chad or any other country therefore must be convince with tax holidays to come to Ghana. In other words the local companies do not matter much. Now you see why we are where we are with this kind of thinking by our political leaders. No wonder a Ghanaian company can never grow beyond its borders.
