If cash is made the flagbearer for NPP, they will lose really miserably. Do you remember the Kuffour cassava project which failed miserably? That will be a campaign message against him. Bawumia endeared himself so well in this petition trial that he has won some high currency among Ghanaians. It should also be noted that Mahama comes from a minority and deprived area, people from other tribes voted for him. Akuffo Addo is also marketable. It is only the uneducated who do not know much history that use height as a yardstick for presidency. If they go back to history, they will learn that the greatest rulers were not giants.

Sir John took a shit in a gas station and then realized there was no toilet paper. There was a hole in the wall and a sign above it that read: "When you go to the bathroom, wipe yourself with your index finger, stick it through this hole and it will be thoroughly cleaned."

Sir John did exactly what the sign said, but when he stuck his finger through the hole, Aseidu Nketia at the other side slapped two bricks together against his finger and because of the pain he stuck his finger in his mouth and started to suck on it.

INSTEAD OF THESE MEN SPEND THEIR TIME TO BE FEUDING,THEY SHOULD SPEND TIME TO DO HELPFUL THINGS FOR THE NATION.

The demographics again have changed. It is true from even the casual observer that, the actions of Sir John and his utterances, rallies the base, rallies the acclaimed "world bank", but the critical question is, is it enough to clinch victory in an election, when, it is becoming abundantly clear, that, your typical political base, is not just enough to carry the day? It brings to the fore, the issue of targeting your message to attract not to ward off, attract, those on the sidelines, those on the fences, who are not really bothered by the mosquito-repellant antics, but are looking for substance, are looking at issues on a different dimension. It's about time NPP did something about targeting their message and not actions done just to rally their base/world bank, but also equally importantly, appealing to a wider swath/bloc of the voting public, who are becoming increasingly sophisticated, with the advent of technology and access to information about how other countries are faring and what steps their political leadership are taking to address their myriad of problems, devoid of the overblown gutter politics. The NDC made inroads into the acclaimed "world bank" and that should tell the NPP party something about the changing demographics and targeted communication, to attract not to subtract.

Sir John could exhibit his courage in other ways that portray him as a polished leader in the NPP and still effectively counter any attacks by Gen Mosquito. He does not have to stoop to the perceived lower level the 'Dr.' ascrbes to Gen Mosquito.

This tells us that the likes of the Dr. Would rather have us believe that NPP is just another NDC with a different name.

For most decerning Ghanaians we look for a Party that is not stuck with the same old dirty Politicking replete with hooligans and wearing impoliteness on its sleeve and always disrespecting others with varying opinions with insults.

Sir John could have set an example for our Youths by claiming decency, decorum and intelligent addressing of issues.

If the Gen is known to be uncouth, it does not mean Sir John ought to copy that to prove his courage.

Ghana deserves polished leadership that knows how to interact with the Public to promote our collective advancement. The insults and hollow machismo do not build a Nation.
