There are several good laws, acts and policies in Ghana that are purported to curb or uproot corruption. until such laws and acts are adhered to and implemented by the State institutions empowered by law any further laws or bills will be only a wasted effort and waste of state funds spent on cabinet that sat to approve such. It really means nothing at all. Corrupt cabinet.
