Are you not ashamed that Atubugabuga said that you had voted for and against the allegation of some persons voting without undergoing biometric verification ?

You and your fellow clowns of the Supreme Court panel, who are recommending reforms in the electoral system, but found nothing wrong with the 2012 election malpractices are nothing, but 'legal junkies' and a disgrace to the judiciary.

I watched this election proceedings for the entire 8 months, though all the Judges were good, Justice Baffoe-Bonnie for me stood out as the most objective, fair , frank , intelligent and just jutice among the nine. It is sad that such a person is being attacked by some goons in our soceity. Very sad. I weep for my country.

You can also see the bias of Gbadegbe and Adinyira against NPP. As for Dotse, he is just a crowd pleaser. Justice Baffoe Bonnie is the only one who you can never link him to any of the divide. I am surprised he is rather the one people want to attack.

People who know this judge say he is one of the best constitutional lawyers Ghana has ever produced, and one of the most principled. I guess this is why people cannot reconcile his knowledge of the Law and the ruling he gave. People attribute the discrepancy to some kind of financial inducement that was brokered by one Baffoe-Bonnie, his nephew or so, working in the Office of the President, who put a lot of pressure for the principled judge to crack. It is alleged that, he changed his mind in the last minute and accepted a settlement of US$2 million. These allegations however are unproven. The honourable judge alone and his nephew are the best people to tell what actually happened. In any case, what is written is written, and posterity will review their judgements alongside the evidence, as well as the position of the other judges who all listened to the same court proceedings, and make their own conclusions. But I pray to God that we will have honest and fearless men who will at all times uphold the truth irrespective of the consequences. So that we can together build a society that eschews corruption and kleptocracy.

He performed brillaintly and fearlessly during the trial. And I expected same from his judgement. I started respecting this mans bravery when he stated bluntly to Addison that "Addison, the number on the form is 704. Its clear for everybody to see. Why are u trying so hard to tell us its 104. Why?". Other Judges realized he was twisting the obvious but wouldnt talk. Few of such people exist in our society and I salute him for that.
