  Akufo Addo only appeals to the NPP party. The general Ghanaian public don't like him and the earlier the NPP learn something from this the better. The man is simply disliked by the other tribes.Probably he is cursed, because how could he have lost 2008 when he had led the first round with 49.3% and lost the second round to Mills who had 47.1% and this was the time that his party was in power. And why Mills died so early for John to use only 3 months to beat him with a stupid slogan ede bi keke when Nana was preaching free education. NPP will live to regret if they use Akufo Addo again at age 73. The prescription to NPP problem is Bawumia and Alan as running mate. This will stop the party being accused as an Akan Party and also resolve the factionalism issue. The silent majority are crying quielty. The great USA has young Obama with veteran Joe Biden behind him. A word to the wise!!! Bawumia is well marketed, He is youthful, he is handsome, intelligent presentable, a northerner and a conscintious Alhaji and cuts across and it is very difficult to tag him with anything from arrogance to womanizing.

  8. Simple - that is if we wont be told machines failed to work en mass on election day - one of the strangest things I ve heard in 'magic' Ghana (election 2012). What is the chance of having ur brand new calculator even breaking down in the middle of an exam if u are a serious student not looking for an excuse? If u deploy a hundred new computers, it is very unlikely that many of them will malfunction simultaneously on the one day that matters, unless somebody did something intentionally. I strongly think so !!!

  In the interest of fairness and real party unity, let us encourage Akufo-Addo to rather rally behind another person that the party will democratically vote to lead the party. Akufo-Addo has had two chances to contest as a flagbearer to be the president of Ghana but due to the making of Abonsamfo and Akromfo headed by the Ghana electoral commissioner Kwame Surobonsam Afari Gyan and Okoromfo Takyiwa Mahama, Akufo-Addo could not become president. Everybody in Ghana including the electoral commissioner and Mahama knows that Akufo-Addo won the presidential elections but to pave the way for people to join them in the Obonsam gya mu no nti, the result of the election was in favour of the Abonsamfo and their agents as I erlier said. But get this message for Mahama and his helper Afari Gyan: S3 obi nnam mmra kwan so twitwa ge mo a, mo ne mo nyame bedi ho asem. As3m s3b3, as3m b3ba dabi na mo nnue. That supreme court judgement was based on "we do not want the truth but the proof, but God is the only one who see the secret and knows the truth.
  Back to the NPP issue, when Al Gore and John Kerry lost in the USA presidential elections as the democrat flagbearers, they did not hinder the way for other Democrat contestants. No party members went forward to suggest any of the above names to re-run as Democrat flagbearer. The moment people begin to do that, it breds manso and division within the party and there is no time for reparing party issues at this juncture. Please use your time and resourses meaningfully and wisely to find a stractegy to bring the NPP to power in 2016, this should be every NPP supporter and memberd dream. The fact that Akufo-Addo is behind that one who will be elected by the NPP to to be the flagbearer for 2016, God will pour his blessing to that person and victory will be theirs. All those people who are against Akufo-Addo are not for Trenee. They are all Obonsam agents. But remember one thing which every NPP know is that Akufo-Addo dream of every Ghanaian children getting free education from the elementary school level to high school level will happen. It will not be only the children from the northern region of Ghana but all the children of all the four corners of Ghana, Amen

  These so called stalwarts in the party instead of doing a critical analysis of post election and verdict assesments they have rather resorted to propaganda.It is time for sober reflection and look at the future otherwise the party will stay in opposition for long. Let's get rid of the factionalism in the party and the best antidote to me is in order to clear the party as an Akan based, Bawumia who is the next most marketed person should be made to lead with an experienced and the next marketed person like Alan made his running mate just like Joe Biden and Obama or Dick Cheney and George Bush Jnr.

  Risk losing the 2016 election if you change the Nana Addo-Bawumia ticket. Ben Ephson has never wished NPP any success. Listen to him and be doomed. As the 2012 election was dubiously taken from Nana and Bawumia, they now have sympathy votes even in Mahama's household. Plus the ticket will be so vigilant about sealing all loopholes. Common sense should tell the NPP to keep the ticket.
