In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. GOD SAVE GHANA Nana will win hands down next time. IT is now open sected that ATUGUBA twisted Dotses arms to vote with him.

I have watched this gentleman whilst on duty in Cambodia on UN Mission in 1994 when he organized the elections in Cambodia to elect a democratic government after the Pol Pot's bloody revolution in that country. dr afari djan after that also participated in many international elections in Sierra Leone and other countries and left behind an enviable record that every Ghanaian should be proud of. his name commands a lot of respect at the United Nations Headquarters but back in Ghana, characters like akuffo addo,dr bawumia,jake obetsebi lamptey, sir john, Ursula owusu,sammy awuku,anthony karbu and their likes, are all in arms against this noble Ghanaian all because they could not win the 2012 general elections hence apportioning every blame on him. they called him thief,corrupt man and threatened him. I personally, have one important question to ask these characters and that is, they should ask their own mentor, deawuo agyakum kufour, to tell Ghanaians, how much money he paid to dr afari djan before he won the elections in 2001 and 2004, period!
