Even in your America here we hear such comments which is no big deal in a civilized world and some of the examples was just recently a bout OBAMACARE and the votes on gays and lesbians which some justices were criticized for their votes which includes the Chief Justice who was criticized for voting for OBAMACARE.

I don't know if you are reading all the comments the NPP people are making about the justices including that of Gabby Okyere Darko who said the verdict was corrupt and went further to say the verdict was rather 5-4 in favor of Akuffo Addo, something that can create chaos in the country but these so called lawmakers did not see anything wrong with that but because it was Mr Tsikata who helped get them defeated once more and a thorn in their flesh they got up without thinking and went ahead to display their ignorance at that news conference to destroy him.

Did you and the NPP folks read the comments from Kodwo Owusu Afriyie, the CHIEF IDIOT ever in Ghanaian politics and that of Ofisa Djaba, the women Organizer of NPP who asked people to wear mourning clothes to mourn the verdict and followed it up recently with another ignorant one asking that the justices be charged with contempt, are those comments praises being rained on the justices?

Who make them a spokesmen for Justice Anim Yeboa, why they don't speak for Justice Atuguba who their people continue to insult every minute making him their chewing stick, is it because they hate him more than satan?

Osei Owusu must adopt a cool head and apply wisdom in this matter otherwise, he might be acting prematurely when the facts of the matter start to unveil against His Lordship, Justice Anim Yeboah. At the moment the little that has come out in the press indicate that he made an unsavoury comment about any Akan being a member of NDC. He is a Lordship Justice and is expected to remain neutral in all situations although he is entitled to his political affiliation which, he must keep only to his chest and must not allow his judgement at court or otherwise in public to be tainted. This is what goes with his job, post and status. He must know that he is no more like the messenger, driver, foot soldier or an ordinary person in the society. Secondly, he has the duty to uphold the integrity of the legal profession as a Supreme Court judge. Otherwise, he must as well relinquish his position and play the politics. Let's be conscious in our reactions>

In the last elections in the US, the Republican candidate Mr Romney lost to Obama largely because of some bad ethnocentric comments he made about black Americans in a private conversation. People like SC judges, holding sensitive positions ought to show maximum discretion in their public and private lives so as not to bring their reputations into disrepute.

Why have they singled out Mr. Tsikata for their vile condemnations and insults when others have made worst statements about the SC Justices than he? What about the continued insults and name-calling directed at President John Mahama by NPP people, especially the Ashantis. Why have they conveniently closed their eyes and ears to those?

Folks! Do you know what? Joseph Owusu Osei and his colleagues as well as all those NPP people who're attacking Tsatsu on a daily basis know pretty well that they can't match him in any way in intelligence, especially when it comes to the question of jurisprudence. They know very well that the role Tsatsu played during the hearing of their petition at the SC was, to a large extent, responsible for dismantling their case at the SC. Just recall how they were on Tsatsu's throat, condemning and calling him all sorts of name, during the days of his cross-examination of the NPP's witness-in-chief, Dr. Mahmoud Bawumia. Yes, it was precisely because Tsatsu's questions were biting, eating deep into the marrow of their case, that they jumped on him unceasingly, pretending that he was wasting the Court's time.

What Joseph Owusu Osei and his ilks are doing is precisely what football players do to their opponents on the field who were the best in their trade. Do you remember Brazil's Pele and Argentina's Maradona during their playing days? Because they were the best of the primus inter pares, their opponents targeted them all the time, oftentimes viciously tackling them with the express purpose of maiming them to get rid of them and off the field. That way they could not score goals against their opponents. Their opponents were simply very envious of their superiority. It's the same tactic that's directed now against Argentina's Messi of Bacrelona's fame. Yet, these three great footballers as well as many other gifted ones, continued/continue to beat their opponents, no matter what. NPP people will continue to suffer the same fate, no matter what they say and/or do to Tsatsu. They can't beat him in jurisprudence and at the courts. So, the only way they think they can do him in is this nonsensical agitation and hypocrital condemnation. But they'll fail. Only God can remove Tsatsu. What's a fact is a fact, and what will be will be.

In fact he Atuguba was so anxious he read a wrong judgement which was corrected after 24 hours in the books. Atuguba is treacherous, dishonest, and did not exhibit objectivity throghout the deliberations In fact if dotse a Kuffuor had not allowed his tribal affliations with Tsikata to cloud his objectivity Mahamah could have lost 4 to 5. THE PETITIONERS in their own right should have taken him off the panel. Isnt it ironic that Rawlings appointees: ATUGUBA, GBADEGBE, AKOTO BAMFO, voted deciding that NO VOTER INFRACTIONS TOOK PLACE in the December 2012 election and that the PETITION was without merit?. Tsatsu assessment was based on the fact that he was a counsel during the trial but Gabby was not. Gabby made these irresponsible statement because the SC verdict was not in favour of his cousin Nana Addo. It's rather unfortunate and stupidity to mount courage and make press conference in condemning Tsatsu when you can't even condemn Gabby. This is typical Ashanti mentality which I think the honourable MP should have thought twice.

Since Day 1, up till now attacks on justice Atuguba by NPP members have not ceased, yet these parliamentarians see nothing wrong. Tsatsu has only stated a truism. Go and read Annin Yeboah's judgement. He was the only judge that felt very embarrssed to give reasons for dismissing three of the pleadings, by agreeing intoto with Justice Dotse. so where did Tsatsu go wrong?
