No matter the lies and deceit some facts are evident and the people have woken up to the reality .One mans reality is another's madness. Hegemony you can only fight with hegemony , tribalism with tribalism , chauvinism with chauvinism and if you dont fight or adopt the attitude of turning the other cheek you run the risk of your children being enslaved or ending up like second class citizens in their own country like indians in latin america today . We Akans realise these ugly truths and the agenda of the ayigbe toxic program and their pepeni / islamic agenda of enslave the Akan ,deny all rights of self governance etc etc . we have no choice but to fight back and even if it means sacrificing a generation in war we are ready . in fact the whole world knows its now only a matter of months when the shooting actually begins as the injustice today is unbearable . they steal our money in broad day light going for loans and taking bribes from all sources but let their partners in crime know we will not pay these loans especially since there was no benefit in any of these things for the Akans and were approved by a minority govt that has no respect for the majority . this govt has lost all credibility , claiming a throne does not make you a king , we do not recognize this govt and its nothing but a pest . Justices Dotste, the author of:"Create,loot and share" in the Martin Amidu verdict, ably aided by Ansah,Anin Yeboah and Rose Owusu devoted tremendous amount of ink to runnung down Dr. Afari Gyan,as if the poor man was personally responsible for the glaring faux pas committed by the largely temporary EC staff that run the 2-day event.
They chose to overlook the CORRUPTION, ROT and IMCOMPETENCE at their own backyard,the SC registry,and instead turned their 'guns' on Dr. Afari Gyan, as though they had some personal scores to settle with this humble,dedicated and honest gentleman who has run elections in this country for 20 years! While euphismitically calling Dr. Afari Gyan a LIAR,(claiming Dr. Afari Gyan lacked candour)Anin Yeboah, for instance, took exception to the language Tsikata used in describing the conduct(I suppose the theatrics) of Bawumiah on the witness stand,insisting that joker was rather the witness that was forthcoming and truthful. Good heavens! Did we all not see the shenanigans Bawumiah was deliberately engaged on the stand? Apart from being clueless, was he(Bawumiah) not being 'economical with the truth'? These Justices,like the petitioners` Attorneys were not appreciative of the yeoman`s job the benevolent referee,KPMG,did to expose the mess and massive cover-up at the SC registry to get the petitioners out the jam the found themselves in.
Look, some of us are patiently waiting to see how these 'constitutional purists' are going to handle the 'hot potato' involving virtual give away of GT to Vodafone Plc by the erstwhile Kuffour Admnistrastion.
To me, it is not surprising that Tsikata also tore into him when he was given the opportunity by Kwesi Pratt

He did not know how many pink sheets the poor Ghanaian taxpayers had been charged for, because he did not bother to give numbers for them. He even lied about when the order for printing was made.

He did not know where the election material was printed and how it was brought into the country. He even lied about his own instruction manuals. Habah!

How much we paid for the pink sheets and these other matters you raise did not result in electoral fraud which the petitioners first alleged but could not prove. What matters is whether we had a free and fair elections and as a matter of fact we did, we did not have multiple voting in the notorious Ashanti Region polling stations.

But what is even more puzzling is why did the petitioners not "have access" to the mysterious 2,002 other pink sheets? Justice Dotse appears not to be aware of the principle of equity. The petitioners alleged electoral fraud then amended their petition willy nilly. In the end they could not even decide whether they wanted 4 or 3 million votes annulled. Kobena you spew out nonsense indeed.

From sports, to engineering, medicine, leadership etc. Ghanaians never appreciate the good work fellow Ghanaians do. NEVER. The EC needs serious reform. We all saw and know that. But why is Afari Gyan being veilified and attacked personally in all fronts? Why dont we look at ourselves? The electural officers, party agents police, and all officials who were suppose to be at post during the election. Who are these people? Aren't they also Ghanaians? Why will they sit and watch things go bad? The issue of Ghana goes beyond Afari Gyan and the EC. Those of you in your offices, did you get your job because you were the most qualified, or because of your parents, tribe, bribe or even sexual favors? You will come online to insult people but you know dem well you are doing the same thing they are doing. The wrath of God is coming over ou hypocritical way of life. How many of you go to work, leave early or work lotto and yet expect to b paid in fool? How many of you pay bribe so that you can get what you want the time you want it. How many of you cheat on your wives and husbands yet proclaim to be Christians and Muslims? I am just sick and tired of this BS going on in this country.
