One thing I suspect is that he may be an alcoholic because that "aka name of ginsin" is related to a kind of liquor in Ghana that has ginsin in it and it is named to those who like it a lot.

He needs different help instead of pastor's.
By the way, he is so bold to slash his own neck he may have beheaded someone and his/her ghost is hounting him to have a taste of his own medicine.

I profess that he has ever beheaded somebody or some some people and a strong soul of someone is haunting him to have a taste of his own medicine; i.e. to feel how it is to have a knife in his throat.

It appears this young man probably for some reasons and factors have developed Paranoid Schizophrenia. He needs to be seen by a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment before something serious happens to him or he does somet ...
