Are you reflecting your peopl's wishes in a matter that concerns their vote? Did you read the judgements to understand or to promote your agenda of a loser? With or without you, needed reforms will go on. No institution on earth is immune to reforms. You did not go to court to prove that reforms are needed or not needed. You went there to seek to unseat the duly elected President of our republic and your evidence collapsed in your face. Even before that Afari Djan had admitted to administrative lapses and needed reforms, however minimal. I HOPE YOU WERE IN GANA WHEN THE EC WAS SUPORTED BY PARTNERS TO BEGIN RELEVANT REVIEW UNTIL COURT CASE TOOK AWAY THE FOCUS!

It's sad the caliber of some MPs in Ghana's parliament. I thought a retired Major would have good analytical skills but not this one. How could he conclude that because the petitioners failed, it meant everything was fine in the 2012 elections? Has he taken the time to read the written reasons of the nine Justices, when in fact, almost all of them did make recommendations for improvement? He should be ashamed of his positions.

The count in a a transparent ballot box can be substitutedwith another figure behind closed doors. Pink sheets can be printed in triplicates. The original sheets can be shredded and a triplicate with same serial numbers filled with different figures, unsigned and the figures collated. These activities have nothing to do with transparent ballot boxes. When you point out to the ECthat there change of figures was fraud, he will tell you that they are clerical errors, Clerical errors on so many pink sheets? Dont be dumb.

The polling stations in 2016 elections would be war zones. You do whatever it takes to win at the polls because there's no legal recourse once the voting is over. All the numerous constitutional and statutory violations witnessed at the last elections are just a blip on the voting process, at least per the Supreme Court verdict. What a shame. I shudder to think what will happen in 2016.

We don't need electoral reform but improvements to perfect. We can't keep reforming EC after each election. Even in the advanced countries, petty technical challenges do occure now and then.

Stupid MP dont even know what is Supreme Court and Supreme Court Judges. The petition was not for the 9 Judges to overturn a Supreme Court decision. Nobody or group of people can overturn our SC decision.
The SC decided John Mahama was the President in january 2013 and swore him as president. Its the Supreme Court decision not Electoral Comission. Once the SC decides it cant be change.
The 9 judges were there to listen not make Laws.
I dont 6 march as our independent day but it can never be change because the SC decided that day for us, not EC or whiteman.
We must understand our the rule our SC plays and with no knowledge Stupid people like this MP will mislead people.

Everybody is entitled to his/her opinion but in doing so, there is a need for honesty. Few days before 2012 General Election, E.C. Chairman called a press conference which was attended by political parties and various stakeholders. I head the E.C. Boss said in part of his address: "Elections are won at the Polling Stations" and requested all concerned to be vigilance at the polling stations because your opponent could record 400 votes cast instead of 40, he said. I am therefore surprised that the M.P.for Nkoranza North, Major Derek Oduro (rtd)is only now hearing it. The MP's own words: "..... since we now know that elections are won at the polling stations" creating the impression that this statement had never been made until now. This impression is totally WRONG. MP, please, take note.

Even though I am not holding brief for E.C. I believe many people heard the EC's address and not only me.
