Ghana is the only country in the world,or I may be wrong,where employees do not work yet get paid.This is the reason where productivity from workers is not taking into consideration.How come workers report to work at any time ...

Ghana is the only country in the world,or I may be wrong,where employees do not work yet get paid.This is the reason where productivity from workers is not taking into consideration.How come workers report to work at any time they want,take a break for lunch and never return to work,take bribes for work which they are supposed to be paid for?I hope the new CEO will address the issue if malingering and outright laziness.Please uproot this canker in the Ghanaian society.Workers need to work for their paychecks.

Not yet a lot more needs to be done. He should stop whoever is developing the only green park in Kumasi right opposite Golden Tulip Hotel. It is a government land.
