Hegemony you can only fight with hegemony , tribalism with tribalism , chauvinism with chauvinism and if you dont fight or adopt the attitude of turning the other cheek you run the risk of your children being enslaved or ending up like second class citizens in their own country like indians in latin america today . We Akans realise these ugly truths and the agenda of the ayigbe toxic program and their pepeni / islamic agenda of enslave the Akan ,deny all rights of self governance etc etc . we have no choice but to fight back and even if it means sacrificing a generation in war we are ready . in fact the whole world knows its now only a matter of months when the shooting actually begins as the injustice today is unbearable . they steal our money in broad day light going for loans and taking bribes from all sources but let their partners in crime know we will not pay these loans especially since there was no benefit in any of these things for the Akans and were approved by a minority govt that has no respect for the majority . this govt has lost all credibility , claiming a throne does not make you a king , we do not recognize this govt and its nothing but a pest . In essence, they split the votes miserably, especially Justices Dotse and B. Bonney. So none of the 6 reliefs got 5 votes for a re-run. I have not thought of the verdict as 6-0 against the NPP petition. It is a very interesting take, because that is also true, if we are keeping score that way.

I honestly believe that the verdict of SC was inconsistent with the modalities they set forth for themselves. In the beginning of the petition the justices set forth two issues and that is what they were supposed to concentrate on i.e
1. whether there were any irregularities, statutory/constitutional violations etc in the conduct of the election and 2. whether if there were these infringements affected they results announced as announced. The judges later allowed themselves to swayed from these modalities thereby breaking the case into 6 divisions instead of answering these two questions. My take is that YES the petitioners were able to prove on the face of the pink sheet that there were certain irregularities and YES they were able to prove that there were constitutional VIOLATIONS on the face of the pink sheets and that indeed should have been the verdict to the first aspect of the case. HOWEVER it is COMMON SENSE that these irregularities or violations DID NOT and COULD NOT have had any impart on the RESULTS as announced by the Returning Officer... To have towed the line of the petitioners in breaking the case into 6 subsections was to abandon their own prescribed set modalities... I STAND TO BE CORRECTED!!!
