  "GEOFFREY PORTWAY: BOSTON AREA MAN WHO BUILT SOUNDPROOF TORTURE CHAMBER IN BASEMENT WHERE HE PLANNED TO RAPE, TORTURE, AND EAT YOUNG BOYS TO BE SENTENCED, REPORT SAYS — 9/15/2013 Geoffrey Portway, 40, is scheduled to be sentenced in federal court on September 17, 2013 for his guilty plea in May of this year to distribution and possession of child pornography. Prosecutors indicate that he will serve at least 27 years in prison. This is one of the very few cases where the details of child porn are not even the most disturbing in the case. Authorities report that he had a soundproof torture chamber in the basement of his home where he planned to rape, torture, and eat his young victims. His Internet name was “Fat Longpig” which he used to exchange thousands of images and videos of child pornography with likeminded despicable individuals. Some of the images reportedly were of children being cooked and prepared to be eaten. Inside his basement torture chamber, police found a metal cage, rusted steel table, and miscellaneous metal bondage equipment. In one 2010 chat session recovered by investigators, Portway writes, “Really want to eat a nice young boy. Setting [up] my basement.” In another conversation, he discusses fattening up his victims while keeping them caged in his basement..."
