NPP would have been better off raising this issue at IPAC - this is the forum for discussing issues arising from elections.

The Council of State has no powers, and the President is not bound to accept its advice.

This letter is a red herring and an inconsequential gimmick.

Any appointments by the President will be subject to parliamentary scrutiny, and NPP will have a say there.

They npp think they are the only people who can rule Ghana?The fact that the presidential election victory was contested in court does not mean that they possibly had the clout to resort to violence as has been indicated by some media and organised hypocrites. Ghana is not for them and there is no law that reserves the preserve for them to rule Ghana. I always have problem with them never willing to accept defeat.Even when it ever comes to using unconstitutional means to rule Ghana they can never get position. Ghanaians refused to give you their mandate and there is nothing you can do again. Shame unto npp and even the jake who has no record to be celebrated for.

Let the constitution work. However if there is problem with the constitution, NPP must use their expects to propose an amendment.
NB: NPP MPs were also part of MPs who passed the CI 75, What about that?
