Well done author. Anxiety is constant fear in different magnitude. Stress a potent force when we in our everyday life try to achieve what we think we should. Stress is good when it motivates you to achieve, but the other way when an individual is unable to COPE with it. This then comes with a whole multitude of life crisis, including being anxious (anxiety) depression, thought-disorders, fatigue, paranoid, and could lead at worse to suicide.The most powerful issue here is our thought, and how we feel about it, dictates our action. It is therefore safe to challenge your thought with evidence before you act, Never accept they sat, they sat, find out yourself. I wish I have a good forum to educate you on the power of the mind and cognitive restructuring.
