That is not new to Ghana. Or is it?
The NDC and NPP have turned our nation into a laughing stock, where foreigners see us as being STUPID, because all they have to do is come in to Ghana and 'be in bed' with any politician.......and be given all our rich natural resources on the cheap; for them to enrich themselves.
All this going on, whilst OUR citizens live in ABJECT POVERTY! Our children are suffering!!!!!!!!!!

I strongly believe that all the clauses inserted in our 1992 constitution protecting our former so-called leaders should be scrapped and all of them from PNDC, NDC and NPP be brought to justice. Yes! JJ, K4, Mahama etc.

They have stolen enough from Ghanaians and it's about time they and their cronies are brought to book and stop this blame game of party tribal politics which leads to cover ups.

How on earth can we GHANAIANS stand by for whilst our educated illiterates deliberately allow the nation incur debts by deliberately defaulting on contracts with foreign companies????

How on earth can we allow foreign companies in Ghana, operate in OUR country without paying their electricity bills? Is it because they are 'in bed' with those charged with looking after the nation's assets?

GHANAIANS IT'S TIME TO GET RID OF THE NDC AND NPP FOR GOOD - THROUGH THE BALLOT BOX! PERIOD!

come to think of it; initially GNPC said they do not have any information about this transaction and that they were never involved. Later on what do we hear? Now they were involved and they have some information about it.

Now SG says they do not have any records of the transaction!!! what do they mean???? Are they saying that ghana is still owing them this judgement debt???? if Ghana is not owing them how did ghana pay off their debt???? OR was the SG Tsatsu transacted with a different SG (may be one located in the Volta Region? and not the actual SG whose officials have been called for questioning???

To unravel the whole truth about this deal, it'd be proper they call all persons who were involved in this transaction both former govt officials and present, for questioning. Tsatsu should be called first; I can smell rat. KT hammond is talking here and there; he should also be called and Kan Dapaah.

Going by what KT is saying, if indeed the $3.5m cheque was made in the name of the govt of Ghana, there's no way anybody can cash it except the govt of Ghana. was the said cheque really cashed/deposited/lodged? Into which govt of Ghana account?????

In fact I dont thik there is any mystery sorounding this transaction at all; it's very simple.

What I suspect rather is, the current govt wants to cloud our minds and cause the citizenry to suspect that the NPP govt also paid judgement debts much the same as the WOYOME saga. This is shameful!!!!!

what is Nana Akomea saying, has he listing to his mate MR K.T HAMMOND on the sale of the drilling ship. at a point in time he says kuffour gave him the power of attorney to go n sell the ship, at another time, he say the former CEO of GNPC gave him the power of attorney to go and sell the ship without the approval of the board and as a lawyer as he is, he knows very that things of this nature, one needs the express permission of the board to do that. the question is who sold the ship, and the answer is MR K.T HAMMOND. he knows where the money is and he should be liable to pay the money, even if state would have to sell his personal properties to recover the money. He is deeply involve and Nana Akomea knows very well. he just wants to play that game of involving others. this will not work . they should come clean and in a better way than what they are trying to do now. GOD BLESS OUR HOMELAND GHANA AND DO AWAY WITH THIS PEOPLE.
