Yes, the GNPC was winning the case and SG was ready to deal for a lower amount when the NPP came to power and spoilt everything.

Much of this story was in the news at the time, apart from some of us who had access to private sources linked to GNPC who revealed stuff to us.

Yes, they all have qs to ask but WHY DIDN'T the NDC MPs raise those qs was back in 2001??? Were they ignorant of what was happening?

Must they also be taken to court for causing far, far bigger financial losses to the state by their criminal negligence just like Tsatsu was steamrollered to jail for a mere $250000 which he even secured by taking up additional shares in Valley Farms?

Besides, he was the one who accused me of blaming Akans when I broke this very news about how Nana Akfuo Addo engineered the sails by his inaction and actions. Ghana will expose them one by one. It seems the anger of Ghana will let all Ghanaians know that it is true that the Ashantis are cursed people. They killed innocent people whenever their chiefs died, and used those souls as sacrifice, thus this had brought great curse from God causing the anger of Ghana to explode to this level of national disgrace. Another move and display of wickedness and lies by K T Hammond who earlier said Kufour gave him power of attorney, and later changed his words, again......and said it was onother person who gave that power of attorney.

I had read before that the same K T Hammond stole a Ga land that the Ga people gave to Ghana government for national development at the Airport area there and changed the documents into his name, and today that Ga land is his propety.

All this wickedness of stealing by Kufour but K T Hammond fronting for him took place just within their 8 years rule. Why, why all this stealing, greediness and selfishness.

It is highly unfortunate and disgrace that somebody was paid by Kufour and his associates to promote Kufour some few days ago, when it was published in the news papers that Kufour is not a selfish man. The question was what brought all these funny promotion.

Other tribes in Ghana may not be in hurry to talk but they are aware of the foolish pride and stupid tribe that continue to expose their cheat mentality every where in the world. Even they will speak Twi with every black person they meet, without trying to know if that person is Twi speaking one. They disgraefully do that to Nigerians who shamefully make fun of them. The commission should have done their due diligence before embarking on such a fruitless investigation. They just can't waste public funds in the name of investigations. These are the very people who came preaching about probity and accountability, yet were linked to humongous levels of crimes, the like of which have never been seen in Ghana's political history.

It appears the NDC have started their smearing campaign once more, this time, well ahead of the 2016 election period. They started in 2008 by accusing Nana Akufo-Addo of corruption as Foreign Affairs Minister, in Kuffour's govt. but quickly retracted that plan. Then they shifted on to say Nana was a cocaine sniffer and "pusher" among other; they accused the man of fondling women which also turned out to be untrue. The last one I remember was the so-called ex-Supreme Court Justice, Mr. Kpegah who accused Nana of impersonation, saying Nana Akufo-Addo isn't a lawyer, marrying NDC's previous claim that Nana didn't obtain his lawyer's certificate anywhere in the world.

The latest NDC allegations seems they're seeking to find another way to denigrate Nana Akufo-Addo, or to prepare the grounds to destroy him, just as they've done in previous elections. Asiedu Nketia is quoted saying that: "it's Nana's disgrace that caused him to lose the elections" just some few days ago.

Interestingly, when the issue of John Mahama's lust for women, and his brother's acquisition of Canadian-built Bombardier Jet Airliner came into public discussion, the NDC govt. used National Security to arrest and harass certain people. This is the kind of Ghana that we belong today. May God save us!

I've always pointed out that the NPP shouldn't try to keep quiet when these untruthful stories are being spread around by the NDC. Party leaders should organise their supporters to refute and educate the masses about truths and real fact. Reveal all the dirty things and the garbage about the NDC, without exaggeration---just the plain truth---and let the public be the judge.

When everything continue to fall apart for citizens, including foreigners, when there no hope for people and when businesses are collapsing; when there're arbitrary arrests and molestation of innocent citizens, let Ghanaian decide who and which party they want as their leader and govt.

The NDC has no message for Ghanaians. Neither do they have any plans to improve the lot of the citizens. We just heard John Mahama's offer to the Asantehene Otumfour Osei Tutu II, a free ride in the Presidential Jet. Well, to me, it could be that he's sent the King to negotiate or solicit foreign investors to invest in Ghana, or maybe he's sent him to the Swiss Bank to attempt to retrieve that "Oman Ghana Trust" money that's said to be sitting in the Swiss Bank's coffers.

The NDC is truly "Sasabonsam" party and Ghanaians should get ready to oust them in 2016. We want a peaceful and knowledgeable leader who could transform Ghana's economy and make our nation great and strong. May God bless our homeland Ghana. Amen!

We cannot allow politicians and people in positions of responsibility to get away with such scandalous behaviour. Justice Appau should not defer to anyone's reputation. All those involved should be summoned to testify, including ex-President Kufuor himself.

Do these people entrusted with public duty really have the interest of our nation at heart? Do they really understand the implications for the ordinary Ghanaian of the financial losses incurred by the state through their wilful dereliction of duty?

Justice Appau, these people involved in the scandal have a lot to explain. Do not spare them!!
