  I dont know what Ghanaians have benifitted from this for the past ten years,they collect premiums even at
  the ports,toilets etc,but when you go to hospital it doesnt cover even your

  We do not need a 10th anniversary celebration to do an evaluation. Evaluation must be part of the planning process and should be on-going.
