Those who do not know Spio Garbrah well should find out from Central Regional Press about the pomposity of this self-acclamed all-knowing Spio and who used the Chronicle Newspaper to undermine his own brother and subsequently eleminated him.
As far as The Chronicle has published his intention to contest 2016 presidential primary of the NDC, the party must be taking this seriously because Spio can wreck the boat so they should be careful about this publication. He uses Chronicle for his political agenda.
